Breaking strength 500 N (Minimum) and minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note :- Shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be approved by AGE (I)

Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622, 2006, Group B-II with average water absorption between 3% to 6% , Length, width and straighness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation) thickness + 5.0 % ( Max deviation) centre & edge curvature and warpage + 0.50% (max deviation). Breaking strength 1000N (Minimum) and Minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects complete all as specified and directed. M&L for coloured Vitrified tiles of any design and pattern 600x600x 8 to 10mm thick, as in floor etc incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles, Tiles shall be confirming to IS-15622:2017, Group B-II with average water absorption between 0.08% to 3 %, length, width and straighness of sides + 0.10% (Max deviation), thickness + 4.0% (max deviation), centre and edge curveture and warpage + 0.20% (Max deviation), breaking strength 1200N (Minimum) and Minimum 95% tiles shall be free from visible defects. Note: shade of the tiles including colour, design and pattern shall be got approved by AGE (I) complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of unaccessable roof , Chajjas ,parapets, water tank stagging and gable walls etc incl removing all growth by removing roots ,fungs and also used the wood killer chemical 2, 4-D/ 2,4, 5-T / atrazine / glyphosate etc for drying / damaging the roots" incl dismatling wall /chajjas or cutting bricks/ PCC and making good disturb area wirh cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) Complete all as specified and directed at site by Engineer in charge.
