M&L 60mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as approved laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as directed & specified by Engineer-in charge .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing, serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm, in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match over and including15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured/ printed tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile laid over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excl ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 12 above item but except brick complete all as specifed and directed. (Old bricks shall be reused)

Taking down chowkats or frames(without taking off shutters from the frame) area n.exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made soilid panel PVC Door shutter 30mm thick (Stype) consisting of frame made out MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain coloured PVC 'C' channel having PVC sheet stripof 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail, & bottom rail; Panneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix steel ventilators, fixed type with glazing bars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 3mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with silicon sealant in square n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete fixed in repair all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN 32 A carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in replacement XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area 16sq mm 2 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spreading of fine river sand and gentally punning for laying of under ground cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying sub class 'B'common burnt bricks, old size designated 75, laid dry flat with width equal to length of brick & with gaps between the adjucent bricks n.exc 10mm as cover laid over the cable to give mechanical protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing galvanised light grade of size 50 mm bore with all fittng and fixed complete to wall, floor and ceilling or laid in trenches (for protection UG cables) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
