Finishing wall surface Acrylic wall putty (Water based) with cost of putty &labour.

Painting two coat with any approved paint with cost of paint &labour.

Fly Ash Brick masonry with CM (1:6) in Foundation & Plinth including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials & labour (T&P) etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work with cst of all materials and all labour etc.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of Bhusan colour sheets 0.50mm in roofing including drilling holes in wind ties and fixing with "J" or "L" hooks, fixing of ridges, valleys, wind ties etc. including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing M.S doors with shutter and windows shutter with grill including all cost and conveyance etc

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including cost, conveyance,royality,taxes,watering and curing etc. complete.

P.Cement concrete (M-25) with 20mm down graded b.h.g.c.b. chips including cost, conveyance,royality,taxes,watering and curing etc. complete.
