Note :- Servicing, repair & maintenance of Automatic Meter Reading System (AMRS) and Lifts shall be carried out through authorized service agency of Original Equipment Manufacturer (i.e M/s RDS/ Hitch Nick Automation and KONE respectively). The contractor shall submit documentary proof/evidence in this regard before execution of Work.

Providing one year license charges for cloud based online Automatic Meter Reading and Billing Software suitable for 2000 meters, data storage charges for storing meter details, billing data 615 meter for a period of 11 months to cloud server and Programming for modem of Electro magnetic water flow meter including network setting and time setting for sending daily reports/ data for both water meters including the following features :- (a) Remote Monitoring and Reporting, (b) Billing, (c) e-mail and alerts utility, (d) Meter reading shall be updated every 10 minutes (user settable), (e) Time stamp of last reading received. (with offline meter notification center), (f) Automatic bills generation at the end of period of category based consumers as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, (g) User settable billing format as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, (h) Facilitty to change/ add meter calculations of billing amount of bill generation of users at every end of specific period of category, (j) Monthly bills to be mailed to user if email ID of user exists in server, (k) Admin access can view and edit details of consumers, (l) Admin access can view periodic bills of any category of consumers and print them on demand, (m) Admin access can set consumer exit date of living quarter for generating manual bill of specific time period of consumer, (n) Supports common meter of building and calculate the amount of common meter energy charges will be distributed to all active consumers of that building.

Recharges of new SIM cards GPRS enabled and Electronic magnetic water flow meter recharge for 115 SIM Cards on monthly basis.

Cloud charges/transaction charges for prepaid energy meter for maintaining system smoothly working with making liason to dealer/authorise rep of HPL.

Annual Maintenance Charges for 40 Nos prepaid meter for 11 Calendar months which includes following : (a) Annual 9 Nos. of one day site visit will be counting in 11 Months AMC free of cost for any fault; Malfunction of meter will be check at site. Prepaid meter data programming related work will be done. (b) Energy meter software related update will be given as and when require. (c) Prepaid meter repair or rectification, Energy meter should be sent to HPL Factory for component repairing, but component charges will be extra as per HPL Electric & Power Ltd. (d) Site visit timing- 48 hours as when require for any fault in prepaid meter complete all as directed. (e) AMC to be carried out through authorised rep/dealer of OEM i.e. HPL complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable single phase electronic energy meter/ Three Phase electronic energy meters of any make complete. Note: Old meter will be property of department and should be deposited to MES store by contractor.

(ii) One time transcation charges to be paid by contractor in advance for each meter @ Rs 40/ Meter (iii) Quoted rate for the said item is deemed to be inclusive of the above, no extra whatsoever shall be entertained at later date.

M&L for comprehensive maintenance and repairs of micro processor based controlled VVV frequency drive, electric driven Lift with ARD, Goods lift of capacity 1000 Kgs. installed at Dwarka Building serving ground plus 2 floors incl examining, adjusting, lubricating, greasing and replacement of u/s parts like hooter, fire switches, indication, emergency light, low voltage relay complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Comprehensive maintenance, repair and replacement of all spare parts and components fitted by KONE will be original parts or components fitted will be of equal quality and functionality as on when required shall be carried out only through authorised service agency of OEM under strict supervision of well experienced and qualified staff. (ii) The make of spares shall be shown as suitable for the existing system and shall be provided by authorized manufacturer's. (iii) The rates deemed to includes for all items which are not considered in schedule but the same is essential for smooth & efficient functioning of the lift costing less then Rs 400/- i.e. fuse, thumbles, connectors etc. (iv) The contractor shall keep all spares reqd for unserviceable spares parts replaced will be properties of the OEM and also the routine maintenance and attend the defects immediately. In case of major defects it shall be attended within 24 hrs failing which penal recovery @ 1000/- per day will be charged. The decision of GE will be final & binding in this regard.

Attending Bedi water supply complaints such as water leakage from UPVC/CI/DI/GI pipe line of 80mm to 150mm bore pipe in civil and defence areas and other various locations by excavating in any type of soil, check the nature of defects for leakages and rectification work to be carried out by replacing requisite materials, testing complete on completion of work & then returning, filling the soil including disposal of surplus soil if any as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) UPVC/CI/DI/GI pipe of size 80 mm to 150 mm bore and necessary fittings required for rectification of work shall be measured and paid under relevant items. (ii) Excavation in any type of soil upto 6 Cum & its RFR & removal including dewatering required for complaint work shall deemed to be included in quoted rates of this item. Beyond 6 Cum excavation, these shall be measured & paid under respective items of earthwork in this Schedule. (iii) Necessary permission from civil authorities, local bodies and liaison with these authorities shall be the responsibility of the contractor and should be done prior to execution of work. (iv) Necessary barricade, diversion boards and necessary safety signs, etc as per standard procedure shall be adopted by the contractor wherever work is in progress without any extra cost. (v) Requisite T&P and transportation for tradesman to rectify the defects shall be contractor’s responsibility. (vi) The quoted rates shall include the cost of dewatering and work in liquid mud.

M&L for construction of Valve pit chamber of size 1200x1200x1200mm internal dimension including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation, brick work with old size fly ash bricks in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 internally and externally flush pointed in same mortar as work proceeds, 75 mm thick PCC coping all round in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), flooring shall be 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid over 75 mm thick hard core. Top cover shall be made out of MS sheet 3.00 mm thick fixed in angle iron frame made out of angle iron size 40x40x6 mm with two number of hinges on one side and locking arrangement at other side complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed including dismantling of old existing unserviceable vale pit chamber. Note : Any minor modification where required at site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The decision of GE shall be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor.

Note : Letters/matter etc for Distribution Chart shall be given by the Engineer-in-Charge. The lettering font & style, layout of electric supply lines, etc shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
