Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and laying interlocking tiles on smooth CC Base, Size 30.48 x 30.48 x 1.58 cm 10.75 Pcs = 1Sqm; material weather resistance PP, weight 320G/PC (+/- 3%), surface shape HEXAGONAL Grid, Double layer provide space for water Drain and dust through floor, staple 6 locker each side to interlock the flooring around , fire rating Ul94Hb UV resistance : (Colours combination as approved by Engineer in charge) (Badmointon, Vollyball, Basket ball & Skating etc. )
