ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF COMPLETE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF DIFFUSER AT HBL PLANT SUGAULI, EAST CHAMPARAN AND LAURIYA, WEST CHAMPARAN, BIHAR.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of complete Hydraulic System of Diffuser: Scope of work as under: - Providing Manpower for Servicing and Maintenance of chainless diffuser Hydraulic system, consist of followings: a). Forward Motion Power pack - 1 Nos. b). Retract Motion Power pack - 1 Nos. c). Forward Motion Cylinders - 6 Nos. d). Retract Motion Cylinders - 6 Nos. e). Maintenance Hand Operated Pump Unit - 1 Set. • Repair and Maintenance of all the above listed system and cylinders and to keep them in sound working condition for running the plant. • The Repair and Maintenance is for service only, excluding spares. Any kind of system components, spares parts, seal kits, fittings, fasteners shall be provided by HBL. • Preventive Maintenance shall be carried out during off season, schedule to be finalized in concurrence with Officer in charge of HBL. • Breakdown call (Minor or Major) shall be attended within 48 hrs. from the time of intimation and set right the system to working condition immediately. • All breakdown calls shall be attended to as a part contract at no extra charges. • Service report shall be furnished after completion of breakdown service. • Necessary tools and tackles shall be arranged by HBL. Space for servicing system components and cylinders at workshop shall be arranged by HBL. • Detailed Scope of Job is attached in the Special Terms & Conditions.
