Supply, delivery, installation at site & storage of horizontal shaft split case centrifugal pump sets capable to discharge clear water of 1215M³/Hr. against a battery point head not less than 55 MWC (TDH to be determined at the time of detail engineering.) having SS (CF8M) impeller, CI casing sole plate, and complete with all other accessories all complete as required as per Technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, Delivery, Installation, testing & commissioing of HT Motor suitable for above pump, (HT motor not less than 280KW) with all req. accessories 11 KV, 4 Pole, 50 Hz., TEFC/ CACA horizontal foot mounted (B3) mounting motor to suit above pump , S1 duty, insulation class F., 1500RPM (SYN.) and complete with all other accessories all complete as required as per Technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery at site, lowering, fitting and fixing storage of suitable DIDF valve (PN1.0) of flowing sizes as follows.

500mm dia. sluice valve (PN1.0) of for suction side piping in proper position and alignment by providing temporary support as required including cost of all sundry materials such as gaskets nuts, bolts etc. all complete as required to complete the job in all respect as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

400mm dia. non return valve (PN1.0) For delivery side piping in proper position and alignment by providing temporary support as required including cost of all sundry materials such as gaskets nuts, bolts etc. all complete as required to complete the job in all respect as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

400mm dia. butterfly valve along with suitable rated motorized actuator. For delivery side piping in proper position and alignment by providing temporary support as required including cost of all sundry materials such as gaskets nuts, bolts etc. all complete as required to complete the job in all respect as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

600mm dia. butterfly valve along with suitable rated motorized actuator for header pipe in proper position and alignment by providing temporary support as required including cost of all sundry materials such as gaskets nuts, bolts etc. all complete as required to complete the job in all respect as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery, lowering ,laying ,aligning, fixing of electrical actuators in position with existing inlet sluice valve of rating as dia.800 mm for inlet to Clear water reservoir as per specification and direction of EIC. .

Supply, delivery at site, fitting and fixing of dust and damp proof following field instruments complete with valves ,cocks and other fixtures including cost of all sundry materials as required as per technical specification and storage of Pressure gauges complete with fittings and fixture as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery, at site and storage ,installation ,testing and commissioning fitting and fixing of float type Mechanical Level indicator with staff for UGR/sump including all other accessories as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supply,, delivery at site , installation of 10(ten) panel VCB switch board of 800Amp,11 KV , 50 HZ, complete in all respect with all other accessories as per technical specification and direction of EIC.

Supply installation testing Commissioning of Battery Charger(3 Phase , 4W, 415 Volt) & replacing the existing Battery bank and fixing new as per ratings : Output 110 Volt DC , 20 Amp, 100 AH with 55 cells sealed maintenance free battery with float and boost battery charger cum DCDB as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 200 KVAr Capacitor ,11/12 Kilo-Volt capacitor bank Panel ( Sizing of the capacitor shall be decided at the time of detail engineering)for improvement of power factor of adequate rating as per specification and direction of EIC.

Renovation, servicing and maintenance of existing Control Desk cum Instrumentation Panel with mimic presentation for local operation of pumps & instruments

Supply, delivery at site and storage ,laying testing and commissioning of 11KV ( E ) grade 300sqmm AL. conductor ,XLPE insulated , armoured HT cable as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of Jointing materials type heat shrinkable termination kit for 3 core x300sqmm 11KV ( E ) XLPE cable as per specification & as follows

a) All H.T. Cable jointing materials ( dry type )

b) All M.V. Cable jointing materials ( dry type)

c) All Control & Screen Cable jointing materials ( dry type)

Supply, delivery, installation at site and storage of materials for Earthling system as per current I.E. Rule & specification for all equipment

Supply, delivery at site and storage of Lightning Arrestor along with earth strip and earth electrodes all complete as per specification and all other equipment required to comply with latest I.E. Rule

Supply, delivery, installation at site & storage of fire extinguishers of different types and fire buckets as required as per direction of EIC.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of Ventilation System comprising of fresh air supply fans, Air Duct & Exhaust fans complete with cowl etc. at the pump house all complete as per specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of M.S. Structural materials for cable tray / rack, panel installation supports, Pipes & valves supports, fabricated stairs & all other fabrication work.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of all luminaries such as outside illumination for compound lighting including supplying , fittings, fixtures complete with necessary cables with wires and all other accessories and inside lighting of pump house as required including supply , fixing and fitting Lighting Distribution Boards as per specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of Misc. Item such as rubber mats, Shock Treatment Chart , first and box 1 no with medicine Safety Signage, etc. as per specification

Dehydration & Filtration of Exist. Transformer (800KVA) Oil to raise the dielectric strength to the value specified in IS including submission of test result as per direction of EIC.

Carrying out Statutory High pressure tests on all H.T. equipment & medium pressure testing on M.V. Equipments as per specification including charges of Govt. Electrical Inspector

Supply, delivery at site and storage ,laying testing and commissioning of 1.1KV grade suitable sizes LT cable with AL. conductor, control cable and screened cable with multi strand copper conductor ,XLPE insulated , armoured cables as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing of Smart Durably prime light, 100 W 220v, 50hz with all accessories. as per specification and direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing of Philips smart bright extra 4ft run length LED batten tube light, 40 W,220v,50hz as per direction of EIC.

Supply fixing of smart essential street light 70W complete with all accessories to fixed/projected from the wall of the building or on pole incl. making holes/ providing clamping arrangement & necy. GI reducer as required. S&F 40mm GI pipe (ISI medium) quality1.5mts avg. length having suitable bend S&F necy. length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required and mending good damages to wall incl. painting etc.

Supply fixing of smart bright street light 36W complete with all accessories to fixed/projected from the wall of the building or on pole incl. making holes/ providing clamping arrangement & necy. GI reducer as required. S&F 40mm GI pipe (ISI medium) quality1.5 mts avg. length having suitable bend S&F necy. length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required and mending good damages to wall incl. painting etc.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry 1.1 KV Gr. XLPE Armored Al.Cable as required as per direction of EIC.

Finishing the end of the same by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solder less socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint

A) 1st coat of aluminum paint over RO priming

B) 2nd coat of aluminum paint over 1st coat

Painting the whole installation as per specification & direction of E.I.C.

Commissioning of whole system & Performance test for (72 hours).

Trial Run for (three) months after successful commissioning of the whole installation as per specification and direction of the EIC.

One year technical assistance and guarantee towards maintenance of the newly installed equipment and repaired works as per direction of EIC.
