Supplying and stacking at site Graded stone aggregate 13.2 mm nominal size conforming to grading as per mix design approved by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and stacking of epoxy resin based structural bonding agent used for ensuring monolithic bond between old and new concrete for structural repair works like Cerabond EP or equivalent as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and stacking of ready to use micro concrete composed of good quality special cement, graded aggregates & additives/ chemicals to produce a free flowing non shrink repair material used & designed for repairing of damaged reinforced concrete elements like columns, beams & structure where the areas are restricted or not easily accessible for proper placement of concrete using vibrator.

Supplying and stacking of polyurethane based primer used for ensuring better adhesion between old and new concrete for structural repair works like Shaliprime PUM or equivalent as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and stacking of three- component, cold applied, polymerized elastomeric concrete like Shalipatch EC or equivalent as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge with excellent adhesion to substrate, rapid curing and excellent resistance to chemical, oil, acids, alkalies, fuels and minerals for crack filling in concrete/ flexible roads and surface correction in concrete road/ pavement.

Cutting PQC surface to get a regular shape with straight edge using a cutting machine, dismantling the damaged portion of slab using mechanical device like compressor and/ or jack hammer etc. upto a depth of 40 cm as required at site, and as directed by EIC, preparing the surface by thorough cleaning, removing all loose particles and/ or dust etc. to receive the bonding agent, removing the dismantled material and rubbish etc. to the approved dumping location; lead upto 2km by mechanical means etc. complete as per the direction of EIC [The area of groove cut will be measured for payment purpose]

Laying of microconcrete by thoroughly mixing at the approved proportion of water, aggregate and microconcrete, mixing using mixing paddle in drum or other mechanical device after preparing the surface by thorough cleaning and wire brushing for removing all dust and loose particle, applying a priming coat of epoxy bonding agent like Cera bond EP or equivalent, and then laying mixed microconcrete in the cut portion upto a depth of 40 cm with neccessary centering and shuttering for sides to restore the original shape of slab and curing all complete as per the manufactures specifications and as per the directions of EIC [The aggregate, epoxy bonding agent and microconcrete will be issued by department procured under item no. 1, 2 & 3. The plan area of laid concrete will be measured for payment]

Laying of cold applied, polymerized elastomeric concrete by mixing resin component and aggregate component thoroughly by using speed drill mixer (300-400 RPM) and then adding hardener component slowly ensuring complete dispersion by mixing for 2-3 minutes, applying a priming coat of suitable primer as per manufactures' specifications, pouring mixed material in to the cracks, finishing the surface with trowel and curing for at least 2 hours etc. complete as per manufacturers' specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. [The resin component, aggregate component, hardener component and primer will be issued by department procured under item No.4 and 5. The plan area of concrete pavement repaired/ patched with the above mix will be measured for payment]
