Taking down and dismantling of street light fittings of any type size and model (FTL,ES, HPSV,MVL,MH, floodlight Fittings, solar light,), removing of unserviceable spares / accessories for repair/replacement of the same including refixing of street light fittings of any size , type and model on GI tubing bracket to existing pole of any type and any size(like single/double swan neck,straight,PCC/Steel tubular poles of 9/11 mts height) and testing complete all as directed. Note : (spare/parts required for repairing of fitting will be issued/paid under respective items of this schedule)

Taking down,dismantling and necessary repairing of LED street light fittings to make functional by replacing unserviceable part such as PCB, Lens, holder, insulation pad,heatsink, wire connecting terminal etc as existing including refixing of LED street light fittings of any size , type and model on GI tubing bracket to existing pole of any type and any size(like single/double swan neck,straight,PCC/Steel tubular poles of 9/11 mts height) including supply and fixing of PVC sheathed aluminium conductor mutistranded cable of 2 single core of 2.5 sqmm of min length 8 metre from fitting to electric supply source and testing complete all as directed.

M&L for taking down MH light fittings mounting on cage from High mast pole of 12.5/16/20 mtrs height for repairing of MH light fitting of any size/type and reinstalling the fitting/cage back to its position after carrying out repairs all as directed by EIC (Cost of choke, bulb,igniter will be measure seprately)

S&F in repair MH Lamp only single ended clear tubular to be fixed in MH/High Mast light fitting all as directed by EIC.Make :- Havells/Philips/CG/Wipro/Halonex/Bajaj

Supply and fixing in repair copper wound open constructed ballast suitable for HPSV/MH light fitting 150 watts (in repairs) ,240V all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ignitor (super imposed pluse ignitor) suitable 70 to 400 W for MH lamp all as specified and directed.

Supply in repairs Lamp Holder for lamp base E-27 suitable for 70//150/250 HPSV /MH luminaries.

Supply in repairs Capacitor 10 MFD, 250 V for 70 watt HPSV/MH luminaries.

Supply in repairs Capacitor 20 MFD, 250 V for 150 watt HPSV/MH luminaries.

Supply in repairs Capacitor 33 MFD, 250V for 250 watt HPSV/MH luminaries.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of caste and getting out in Hard / dense soil disintegrated rock.

Returning , filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/ hard dense soil

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for clean, dry, unwashed sand filled in trenches for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and as directed at site. NOTE:- The depth of cushion after punning shall be measured.

Supply and laying burnt brick sub class 'B' modular size, for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT under ground cable of any size and rating.

Supply and Laying in repair PVC insulated armoured heavy duty electric under ground cable aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade in trenches/on pole through sleeves etc. of 10 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed

M&L cutting PCC/floor/road and taking out cable and making good, including material as per existing after laying of pipe for cable protection all as specified and directed size of trench not more than 0.30 x 0.30 cm.

S&F in replacement of GI Pipe medium grade on road/pole/wall/floor for cable protection with fixing arrangement size 50mm dia.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , all as specified and directed.

M&L for scratching out old bubbled paint, finishing the surface with one coat of primer (red oxide) & two coats of aluminium paint of 1st quality to street light steel tubuler poles of any height 7/9 mtr , any type (double swan, single swan) all as per site including five strips of 30 cm wide to be painted with synthetic enamel paint above embedded level, including pole number writting with white colour enamel paint on black colour circular base) with two coat of lime wash on pole coping all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing factory made IP-65 (Dust and power jet Proof according to IEC 60529) opaque street light junction box of size 200 mm x 160 mmx98 mm made of high quality polycarbonate (shock proof, rust free, corrosion free acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant having high impact (IK 08) totally insulated made of halogen and silica free recyclable material, UV resistant having high grade gasket made of polyurethane with copper terminal , MCB SP 6 Amps rating 10 KA with locking arrangement and 2 Nos M40 size cable gland and one M32 size gland suitable up to 16 Sqmm cable etc complete all as specified and directed.Make: HENSEL Cat No K-9255 or equivalent in Sintex.

M & L for repair of solar lights likes battery boxes, frame etc. including replacing of following accessories complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair of Automatic Street Light Switch Three phase with Nature Switch-03 (Dual Output) as the controlling unit for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of Natural light. The Sensor (Nature switch) along with suitable power contractor, MCB and Support Terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust proof, Electric Shock proof, Termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound (Sintex make SMC Junction box) confirming to IP54. The contractor, MCB and circuit Wiring should suitable enough to take load 5 KW equally distributed over 3 phase (4 KW/Phase). The contractor rating 25 Amps (4-pole) and MCB(single pole) rating : 20-25 Amps(SP-03 Nos), complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 40 W LED street light complete all as specified and directed Note:- LED light will be issued under schedule 'B' free for fixing only.

Note :- (i) The contractor shall be liable to provide the necessary insurances (Life / Medical) and T&P to the workers employed by him. (ii) The cost for replacement for nut bolts PVC / porcelin connector including necessary welding work etc wherever applicable shall be inclusive of quoted rates. (iii) The electrician deloyed shall also be removing any carbon formed on the LED lights and the defective LEDs shall be deposited in the E/M Store and be replaced by well condition LEDs. (iv) In case of breakdowns in the functioning of the Street lights at night the same shall be rectified on hightest priority at the earliest.
