Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:4), surface finished even and fair mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including 1 to1.5 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including 1 to1.5 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete/brickwork and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining (as in linear or concertina form) and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured pre-polished rubber moulded chequred cement concrete tile 300mm x 300mm x 20-22mm thick with anti skid properties set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 8-9 mm thick dark shed (square / rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.72 Square metre in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and dismantling of existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 here in above but as in skirting and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite, of any type, table rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of granite including moulding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic/cladding colour tiles size 300 mm x 450 mm/ 300 mm x 600mm x 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavating over areas, n exc 1.50m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 16 here in above but depth exc 1.50m but n exc 3.00m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete including haunching against pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for flat fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to edge of concrete flats exc 10 cm but nexc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or slopping and similar work for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B-0 (1:2:4) Nominal mix (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, and in shelves complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for cast Iron works grade FG 150, unmachined in brackets, gully traps, gratings, railings, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, part of ranges, balusters and similar articles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for cast iron (Sand cast pipes) 75mm soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron (Sand cast pipes) 100mm soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel rolled sections/tubular pipes etc. as in main and cross beams, Jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails, framework etc. confirming to Fe-290(Grade E-165), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 3 mm thick ACP (Aluminium composite material) sheet fixed with screw on existing mild steel frame as in view cutters complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mild steel frame work shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking out old damaged SGSW pipes from existing lines including necessary excavation in trenches and getting out in any type of soil, supply, laying and jointing of new SGSW pipe type 'A' 150mm dia in any length including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 and returning, filling in disposal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated etc) sheets, in roof covering/shed including ridge. etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Pre-painted galvantume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls/chajja covering, ridge etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4), finished surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate), 25mm thick (measured solid) set in cement mortar 1:4 including all mouldings but excluding frame complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc. and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.
