S&F GI frame work (size of grid 605 x 605 mm) for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre

Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long complete all as specified

M&L applying two coat of Oil Bound Distemper over one coat of primer on surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing decorative cornices at corner of ceiling & wall or of suitable size made out of Plaster of Paris complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F 12 mm thick Toughned Glass Door with patch fittings with cover plate of SS-304 Grade including Decorative type Stainless steel 304 grade floor Spring, fixing/moving arrangement at top, designer glass handles 2 Nos of 450 MM suitable size as directed, Fin Connect Patch Lock etc in each door, including cutting holes in any size in floor and wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 12 mm thick Toughned Glass as in Partition with patch fittings with cover plate of SS-304 Grade, necessay accessories etc, including cutting holes in any size in floor and wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting plates, etc., similar work conforming to grade Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

S&F Aluminium Composite panels in all colours of approved brand for external / internal wall cladding at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwitched between two sking of 0.5mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4mm. The surface shall be finished with PDVF base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick/ stone/ masonry/RCC walls/framed structure with necessaary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe of size 40mm x 20mm with 1mm thickness in 600mm x 600mm size of grid including stainless steel screws, nut bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicon sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc, complete all as per manufacturer instrsuction and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. All clamps and brackets shall be hot deep galvanised minimum 20 microns, (items include cost of aluminium frame, ACP Panels, Cramps, weather sealant, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding, all machineries and any fastening strips, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc complete).

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 650/1100 Volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty concealed conduit (minimum 20 mm dia external) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause 19.125 of SSR part- I ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed concealed/ recessed in wall or ceiling etc including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity wire including modular type metal flush box with cover plate and frame of required module for mounting of modular switches, sockets, switch sockets, fan regulators with required modules all as specified etc for the following:-

(a) One light point controlled by one, one way switch

(b) One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on same board

(c) One 3 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on independent board .

S&F Non-integral flexible LED strip 5 Watt light with high brightness for indoor type including connected with 2 core flexible copper wire 0.50 Sq mm, fitting in position at site all as specified and directed. Make: Wipro - LS06-005-120-30-50 / or equivalent to Philips / Osram /CG Note: One unit is suitable for 1 no. (5m spool) of LS06-005-120-30-50.
