Taking down the defective electric induction motor 90 HP capacity of Kirloskar make 415 volt, 3 phase by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor from bed, by decoupling with pump, transporting to workshop, dismantling the burnt out winding from rotor/stator and rewinding the rotor or stator with same type super enamelled copper wire of same gauge and with necessary insulating material, varnishing, backing, re-assembling the motor completely transporting back to site and alignment with the pump/compressor with electrical connections including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Burnt out removed winding wire shall be property of contractor and credited through schedule of credit. (ii) Bearings shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of sch 'A'.

All as per item No.1 above but electric motor of 60 HP capacity.

M&L for overhauling of centrifugal pump set 60 HP capacity of make Kirloskar, by dismantling completely and replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland, neck ring gland rope shield, unserviceable Nut, bolt, washer etc. and reassembling the pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with pump, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.3 above but 15 HP capacity centrifugal pump set.

S&F in repairs, rubber coupling for 90 HP capacity motors/pumps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.5 above but 60 HP capacity motors/pumps.

Note: During taking out process if any pumpset is fallen into the tube well contractor has to take out the same at his own cost.

Taking down the sub mersible motor of 7.5 HP capacity any make 415 Volt, 3 phase by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor with pump from borewell, transporting to workshop, dismantling the burnt out winding from rotor/ stator and rewinding the rotor or stator with same type super enamelled copper wire of same gauge and with necessary insulating material, varnishing, backing, re-assembling the motor completely transporting back to site and alignment with the pump/compressor with electrical connections including testing and commissioning, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : New material coupler and cables will be measured and paid under respective item of the schedule under supply only rates.

S&F in repairs ammeter 3 phase 415V,50Hz digital type (0-200 Amps) with necessary electrical connections to suit existing panel etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only submersible cable PVC insulated sheathed 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor flat 3 core 4 Sq.mm. all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling of existing star delta starter cleaning of all power contactor terminals replacement if required and renewal of unserviceable perished copper wiring, aluminium/ copper lugs, push buttons and indication lamps etc, including necessary electrical connections and testing the motor with load all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of over head tanks of capacity 1.00 Lakh gallons at 60 feet height through drain out pipe accumulated water in bottom and removing the complete silt from the tanks and disposing of the same, as directed, cleaning and scrubbing the walls and bottom of the tank with bleaching powder and rectification of functionality check of the water level indicators complete with minimum disturbance of water supply including white washing inside and one coat of cement based paint on out side surface of tanks and painting the date of cleaning and the capacity on the tank all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including arresting of leakages by making lead joints for pipe line up to bottom of the tanks and painting of CI pipe lines, raising main, overflow pipe line, distribution pipe line and flush out pipe line with different colour code viz red, blue, black & yellow complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for cleaning of water supply under ground sump of capacity 1.0 Lakh gallons capacity by balling out the accumulated water at the bottom and removing the complete silt and disposing levelling as directed and cleaning with bleaching powder and wire brush after scrapping the walls and bottom of the sump complete including white washing inside and one coat of cement based paint on out side surface of sump without disturbing the water supply to the area and painting for the capacity and date of cleaning of sump and including painting to air vent pipes, ladders, valve pit covers and covering mosquitoes proof all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing of soil and debris from static tank of 3.6 mtr dia and 3.6 mtr depth by removing of debris upto a depth of 3.6 mtr feet from top level and removing debris from bottom of the well including dewatering by using diesel pump set cleaning with bleaching powder and wire brush after scrapping the walls and bottom of the sump complete including repair of wall /bottom with PCC/Plastering work , white washing inside and one coat of cement based paint on out side surface of walls of static tank all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of E/M installation yard (pump houses) by cutting bushes, shrubs/cleaning grass and other wild growth trees of upto satisfaction, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F industrial flexible copper cable of size single core 35 Sqmm (80/0.4 dia.) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old unserviceable/broken chamber and M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber 1200x900x 600mm size with plain cement concrete in 1:4:8 type D2 foundation and 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brick wall inside and brick chamber built in cement mortar 1:6 including providing of MS Sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron (40x40x6mm) brackets grouted to brick wall duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with lifting handle and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed:-
