MCB DISTRIBUTION BOARDS AND ENCLOSURES Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of front operated front access cubical type indoor duty dead front wall / recess/ surface mounting, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof ( minimum protection IP 54 ) panels with foamed-in neoprene gasketted hinged doors, fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA with powder coated finish suitable for 415 V, 3-phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system including suitably rated insulated copper busbars, interconnections, neutral bar assembly, phase segregating barriers, LED indicating lamps for incoming and outgoing feeders,15% spare space for future expansion, knockouts and gland plates for entry of cables and conduits, all internal wiring using high temperature FR wires, independant terminals for each phase, earthing terminals and including the cost of providing Master key lock on the door and pad locking facility on door as well as at incomer, bonding to earth etc. complete as per specification, drawings as required and as under: MCBs shall conform to IEC898/IS 8828 (latest) and, with breaking capacity 10 kA at 415 V AC, current limiting type lower powerloss appx 40 - 70% of the stipulated value and suitable for magnetic releases operating between 3 to 5 times rated current for normal power distribution application and 5 to 10 times rated current for motor application duty, with minimum Electrical endurance of the order of 20000 operation cycles. LIGHTING FIXTURES-SUPPLY & INSTALLATION Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of light fittings including all accessories e.g. ballast, HPF condensors, lamps, holders, surface/recess mounting arrangement etc. including necessary supports, accessories and hardware as per specifications & as required at site and as below: Luminaire minimum specifications and requirements Luminaires should operate at +/- 6% voltage fluctuation for continuous use to comply to IEC. PF > 0.95 for HF ballasts; for EM circuits PF > 0.85 with capacitor. All the components including the internal wiring of the luminaries to be used shall be manufactured of material, which are of FR type. All luminaires shall be manufactured to relevant sections of IEC60598 or other approved international standards and the type tests for all luminaries shall be provided. All internal wiring within the lighting fixtures shall be heat-resisting cables.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of surface/ceiling mounted 4 ft LED luminaire. The housing is made of extruded aluminium with a CRCA front frame. It has a system level lumen package of 3991 lumens with system wattage of 40 W. The luminaire is IP 20 protected. Specified as Philips 40 W Endura LED or equivalent.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of surface/ceiling mounted high bay light. The housing is made of extruded aluminium with a CRCA front frame. It has a system level lumen package of 5700 lumens with system wattage of 60 W. The luminaire is IP 20 protected. Specified as Philips BY150P P LED 76S CW PSU HE SY12 or equivalent.

SWITCHBOARDS Design, fabrication, supply, erection , testing and commissioning of following Cubicle type, fully compartmentalized LT Switchboards IP54 rated, dust tight and vermin proof, fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet(2mm thickness), chemically treated and powder coating of approved shade. The Switchboards should have a Set of suitably rated electrolytic high conductivity tinned copper busbars with the specified current and fault level having a maximum current density of 1.2A per sq.mm., Insulated with heat shrinkable, color coded PVC FRLS Sleeves and supported using DMC/ SMC Pillar or Finger type busbar supports. The design should be as per the standards of the State Electrical Inspectorate. All busbar shall be tinned copper only which is applicable to all panels under this contract.

Metering Panel 1 & 2 - ERSH Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Top cable entry for incoming and outgoing feeders. Fabricated out of 14SWG CRCA sheet 1) Busbars: 630A TPN tinned copper Busbar - 1no. Earth bus - 25 x 3mm GI or better 2) Incomer: 630A TPN isolator - 1no. Meters & Indications: Three phase Digital MFM Meter with 630/5 Class 1.0, 10VA,415V Resin cast metering CT and 3 nos 2A control fuses - 1set. Red, Yellow, Blue LED Indication Lamps along with 3nos2A Control fuses - 1set. 3) Outgoings: 8 nos of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker TP, 125A, 25KA microprocessor release FD KIT, OC, SC, Shunt & Isolation duty Current Limiting type with 1no of three phase KWH Meter(class0.5s) along with 4 nos of 125/5 Resin Cast Metering CT (class 0.5s) and 3 nos 2A control fuses and Indication lamp for ON and OFF status. KWH Meter and CT shall be tested and approved by third party/Kerala state electrical inspectorate. Provision shall be made for sealing of all shutters.

D.G.SET ERECTION-70kVA Design, Manufacture & Supply of DG sets along with all accessories like AMF Panel, battery, fuel pipe, inbuilt fuel tank, breaker, etc.. as per tender tender specifications. Erection, Testing and commissioning of 70KVA 415Volts, 3Phase, 50c/s, Diesel Engine coupled Alternator working at 0.8 p.f. comprising of Starting equipment for the Diesel Engine and including the following. Fixing of anitvibration mountings for the D.G.Set. Fixing of battery including supply of battery stand. Assembly & Installation of Acoustic enclosure for DG Set Fuel line for the diesel engine. Fixing of residential silencer for the engine. Generator Control Panel. Supply and fixing of MS exhaust line of 40m length shall be suitably cladded with aluminium sheets,mineral wool etc. The silencer should be of residential type. Flexible connection(expansion joints)shall be provided in the exhaust piping to avoid transmission of vibration from engine to the structure(acoustic and weather proof enclosure etc.).Also the exhaust line with suitable bends,collars,flanges,angle supports and other accessories should be provided.Provide necessary arrangements to avoid entry of rain water,falling dust etc.at the top of the exhaust pipe. The exhaust piping system should be designed as per the controller pollution board standards. "Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation/ erection, testing and commissioning of exhaust piping of Class ""B"" MS(4.85 mm thick as per IS 1239) of suitable size as recommended by the Engine manufacturer including the cost of pipe supports, bends, flexible joints and insulation etc. complete as per tender specifications. DG room shall have 1no.Foam extinguisher, Medicine box, Safety Mat around DG set, Laminated SLD, Shock treatment chart, etc.. All other items shall be supplied by the Contractor as per CPCB norms and electrical inspectorate requirements.

Retrofitted Emission Control Device (RECD) for 70KVA DG set. Design and installation shall be as per CPCB guidelines and NGT orders. Type approval and Conformity of production certificate shall be submitted from nodal agencies approved by CPCB.

EARTHING. PLATE EARTH STATION. Providing and making plate earthing station including the cost of 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm G. I. plate electrode, 15 mm dia G.I.watering pipe, CI funnel with wiremesh charcoal/coke , salt, all earth work, masonry enclosure with frame, Heavy duty RCC top cover plate having locking arrangement,Disconnecting links, complete as per IS 3043:1987 for earthing. Supply / Installation / Erection:

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Analog Addressable Fire Alarm Control panel with battery back up for 8 hours normal operation and 15 minutes alarm operation.
