Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

the cost shall be quoted lumpsum in the kppp portal including all the charge The consultancy DPR charges should 0.5 % of the estimated project cost. as per the financial Performa F7 tender document

Bid should be quoted in Rs for the total DPR project cost for all 3 projects in the kppp portal

Technical proposals scoring not less than 75 percent of the total points will only be considered for further evaluation

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Experience in the field of DPR preparation for state or central Govt. project or Private sector at least for the project cost minimum upto crore for single project

Work Done Certificate

Consultancy shall provide all team leader key staff CV along with work experience details.

Satisfactory Performance Certificate

Capabilities of Vendor

Consultant shall have minimum of 3 5 years experience in the field of DPR preparation.

Satisfactory Performance Certificate

Consultant agency shall have at least minimum of one team leader and one technical expertise in the specified project DPR preparation.

Consultant shall be individual or LLP partnership firm are eligible for participation.
