REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF APFC PANELS, MAINTENANCE OF ACB, MCCB, MCB AND OTHER AND RELATED WORKS AT INA EZHIMALA

Repair, Servicing and maintenance of ACBs through authorized OEM service of any make upto 2500 Amp capacity installed at substations and other areas at INA Ezhimala :- (i) Cleaning and assembling of front cover , push button , locking latches. (ii) Cleaning of arc chute and terminal shield. (iii) Cleaning and assembling of chassis. (iv) Cleaning and tightening of every point of auxiliary and control unit connector block. (v) Cleaning, greasing and assembling of hand pull-out system, racking Mechanism of chassis and function position indicators. (vi) Cleaning, checking and assembling of arc chute. (vii) Physical inspection of main contact. (viii) Cleaning, checking/testing and assembling of tapping coil/ closing coil. (ix) Cleaning and greasing of mechanical charging system. (x) Cleaning, greasing and installation of jaw contacts. (xi) Repair or replacement of lower mechanism if faulty. (xii) Final testing manually of the Air circuit breaker Complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate included to the replacement of minor items and Spare parts if replace will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only compact UVT coil 6D -16D/06N-20s.

Supply only Shunt trip and closing coil 6D -16D/06N-20s.

Supply only draw out mould base/cassette(cradle side ).
