Excavation in foundation for digging in all kinds of earth work i.e. spade work, pick work, jumper work, blasting work, hard blasting chieseling and saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water ground level upto the level where well curve is placed including depoosting soils in 20 metres radious and filling space out side the well after completion within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Well sinking in gravel in all kinds of soil such as : pick work, jumper work, blasting, chieselling and blasting soft / hard rock where sides in saturated soil, pumping shoring etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

From spring level to 6.00 metre to 9.00 metre depth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floor roofs, landing & shelves and their support alconies,beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Columns, pillars posts and struts upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 milimetre thick welding with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 milimetre, so as to give fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers,bressumers 1.00 metre depth in all heights from floor within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Providing mild steel / tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Boulder / stone filling under floors/behind retaing walls complete under lean concrete to prevent the entery of surface within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved quality in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 sand) (1st. class bricks) within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

80mm in girth and finished smooth in cement motar 1:6(1 cement:6 Sand). With in all leds and lifts as per the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
