Supply and Delivery of Video Management Software (VMS) 1. The IP Video Management Software should allow Live Viewing/Streaming, Recording and Management solution of Network Video surveillance systems & shall not have any Limit on the Number of Cameras to be Connected & shall be Scalable to Unlimited IP Cameras in Future by Augmentation of Camera channel Licenses & server Hardware Components. 2. The Proposed VMS Software should be ONVIF S & G Profile Compliant & should be a Full Member of ONVIF. 3. The VMS shall be Windows based & shall be Compatible on Windows 10/11 Professional and Windows Server 2019/2022 Standard Edition 4.The VMS must Support for recording of H.265+, H265, H.264, MPEG4 or MJPEG Video Streams in at minimum 1 fps to 60 FPS at minimum CIF to Full HD (1080p) and 4K resolution. 5.The VMS must support RTP over UDP Stream, RTP over TCP and HTTP Video streaming 6.The VMS must support multiple brand of IP cameras and encoders. 7.The VMS must support for Pre-buffer and Post buffer recordings up to 10 minutes. 8.The VMS Application must have a Built in Storage and Bandwidth calculation tool, this shall Enable the Recoding size estimation for each hard disk attached to the server. OEM should have valid ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 Information Security Management System Certification. Certificate must be submitted along with the bid otherwise it may cause for rejection of bid. OEM should have Inventory of Green House Gas Emission verification certificate in accordance with ISO 140641: 2006. Certificate must be submitted along with the bid otherwise it may cause for rejection of bid. OEM Should have Security Certificate ISO 45001 and for Industrial Cyber Security Capability (Like IEC6244341: 2018 or Equivalent Indian Certificate). The OEM should have its own call centre for configuration and troubleshooting support, and a fully functional Call Centre / Helpdesk / TAC / Support Centre in India. The process for complaint booking, call logging, and the domain mail ID & Support numbers should be clearly explained. The OEM must provide an escalation matrix for service & support. To ensure stability & credibility of OEM, OEM should have Average Annual Financial Turnover not less than 500 Crores for their business in India for the last five financial years for data networking products
