Supply and Erection of galvenised stay set for 11KV overhead lines complete with19/20mm dia x1.8 metres long stay rod anchor plate of size 45cmx45cmx7.5mm thick thimble stay clamp turn buckle (20mmx600mm)7/3.15 mm dia GI Stay wire and 11kv strain insulator.

Supply and erection of 11KV Disc insulator for 11KV overhead lines with galvenised insulator fitting ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamp, GI Bolts, nuts washers etc as required.

Supply and erection of 11KV Pin insulator for 11KV overhead lines with large steel head GI Pin, nuts washers etc (12KV, 10KN) as required.

Supply and erection of Channel Iron X Arms (2400x100x50x5) mm complete with fixing bolt nuts and washers, drilling holes for insulator pins painting with primer as required.

Supply and erection of Channel Iron X Arms (1070x100x50x5) mm complete with fixing bolt nuts and washers, drilling holes for insulator pins painting with primer as required.

Supply and erection of C I X Arms (75x40x6) mm complete : length 2800 mm with fixing bolt nuts and washers including drilling holes and painting with primer as required.

Supply and erection of AI X Arms (2800x50x50) mm complete with fixing bolt nuts and washers, drilling holes painting with primer as required.

Supply and Erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11 kV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 5 mm angle iron to form a rectangle using 1500 mm horizontal X 2125mm diagonal member, complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes, bolts and nuts etc. and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply and erection of AI X Arms 2x (750x50x50) mm complete with fixing bolt nuts and washers including drilling holes and painting with primer as required.

Supplying and erection of 50 mm X 8 mm M.S. flat iron pole top bracket for single 11 kV over head line conductor complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc. and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of Danger plate (250x200x1.6mm)

Providing and fixing barbed wire for anti climbing device.

Supply and erection of Gang Operated Air Break Switch unit 11KV, 400Amp

Supply and erection of Drop out fuse unit 11KV, 400Amp

Supply and erection of non linear resistor type lightning arrester (polymeric type) suitable for three wire 11KV overhead lines with rated voltage of 9 KVrms with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat ) on steel and other metal surfaces with Aluminium paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of the dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Supplying and Laying of one number XLPE power cable of 11 kV grade, of size 3x50 sqmm in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for size 35 sqmm of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kV grade as required.

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres. (A) Pick Work and (B) Spade work (50% of each)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with (1 cement :6 sand : 12 graded cement concrete 1:6:12 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 sand) cum

15mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers girth and finished even and angles not exceeding 80mm in and/or rounded (iv) Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand).

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete
