Supply, lowering and fixing ERW pipe internal dia 200mm and 8 mm thick including specials fittings as per requirement of ODEX attachment comforming to IS 4270:2001 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lowering stainless steel 'V' wire screen 200mm dia 'K' type packet (wall thickness should not be less than 8mm) with opening 0.50mm, inside the tube well assembly in the manner with top of the assembly complete all as specified & directed . Make : Johnson Screens India Ltd/Jindal.

Development of bore hole with compressor of adequate capacity and testing of yield with pumping out till clear free water is obtained from the bore by 'V' notch as per IS-2800-1979 complete all as directed. (Note : (i) The cost of yield test and testing of water sample from Govt approved Lab/Regional Research Lab to confirm potability of water as per IS 10500-1991 shall deemed to be included in the unit rate . (ii) All equipment shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost and nothing extra is admissible on this account. (iii) The cost of gravel initially poured in packing around the tube and amount of gravel added during development if any shall be included in the quoted of this item.

Supply and clamping of casing pipe assembly with clamps fabricated out of MS flat iron of size 100mm x 10mm (thick) fixed with 16mm dia nuts bolts & washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Well cap fabricated out of 8 mm MS sheet including threading ,cutting ,welding all as required and provinding handle at the top of the cap complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing suitable casing drive shoe sutable for 200 mm dia and bit tube as per requirement of depth (min depth 750mm) or ODEX attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, supply, installation, commissioning and testing of submersible pump set electric driven, 415 volts discharge 240 LPM at 135 mtr head (15 HP) with CI Impeller, CI diffuser, EN-8 shaft, stainless steel stainer comprising with suitable capacity of Electric motor suitable for star delta starter designed for working on 415 volts, 3 Phase, 50Hz, filled with oil for effective cooling and life long lubrication of heavy duty ball bearing and mechanical seal complete with Automatic star delta starter of suitable capacity with & including protections against over load, single phase, phasing sequence reversal and with sumbersible cable PVC insulated unsheathed with stranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade flat two run of 3 core 16 Sqmm for connecting of Pump to star delta starter without joint complete all as specifed and as directed. Supply & Fixing column pipe GI tubing heavy grade 50 mm bore duly welded flanged (thickness of flange 12mm having 04 holes) with and including rubber packing of 6mm thick, nuts, bolts, washers complete in 3 mtr length as column pipe in bore well complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing GI tubing medium grade 80 mm bore duly welded flanged (thickness of flange 12mm having 04 holes) with and including rubber packing of 6mm thick, nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Sluice valve with flanged ends and stainless steel spindle and driled hole of size 80mm dia as per IS:14846:2000. ISI marked, both end flanged with iron wheel shut and open direction including rubber insertion packing rings, nuts, bolts and washers of class PN-1.6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Non return valve, gun metal seat and flap and flanged including rubber insertion packing rings, nuts, bolts ans washers etc. complete of size 80 mm dia as per IS:5312/2004, ISI marked class PN-1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

Collection & preservation of strata samplers in polythene bags during drilling and finally to to be kept in teakwood box of suitable size duly framed and marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level using GI strip 25x4 mm as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of GI thimbles nuts bolts washers all as directed including providing earth wire/strip protection pipe GI light grade 40 mm bore from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm bore with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and PCC pit 1:3:6 type C-0 with RCC pit cover of size 30cm x 30cm made of RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 with suitable handle, angle iron of frame made out of angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 4 mm, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt layer all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus excavated material and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75 x 75 x 6 mm fixed to wall and as specified in electric plate No 03 of SSR part I 2009 and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing ,installation,testing and commissioning of LT electric panel totally enclosed ( Factory fabricated) CPRI approved outdoor type, double door powder coated inside & outside made of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15mm thick with front opening having locking arrangement spray painting internally/externally. including internal wiring with suitable size of copper strip bus bar chamber 3 phase and four wire type system 415 volts 50 HZ consisiting of copper bus bar of capacity 200 Amps and consisting of the following:- INCOMING (a) MCCB 160 Amps adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting with 4 pole 50 KA - 01 No. (b) DigitalCombimeter ( 7 in 1) with 4 digital LED display -01 No (c) Indicating lamp LED type one set in incoming phases. (d) Internal wiring with PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded cable 1100 volts grade IS 694 marked of appropriate gauge including copper lugs. contd to item No-17.01....

Supply and laying, joitng and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches, ducts, pipes including taking out old unservieable cables all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth not exceeding 10sqm for laying of cable and foundation of poles stays and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as directed.

Sand cushioning to underground cable, provided with a layer 8 cm before and 15 cm after laying and stretching jointing and testing the cable all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

Supply and laying brick covering with width equal to width of brick as mechanical protection to cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat, size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm, complete all as directed.

Gun-metal, globe or gate valves of size 50mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
