Tenderer/Bidder is required to submit all the documents in support of their firm constitution/composition/form type as detailed at Para-30, 31 & 32 of Chapter-3 of tender document.

Tenderer/Bidder is required to submit duly filled and signed Annexure-V (Declaration form for association with Railway Officer) of tender document (Asked vide Para-8(a) of Chapter-3 of tender document).

Tenderer/Bidder is required to submit duly filled and signed Annexure-IV (Declaration form for relation with Railway Employee) of tender document (Asked vide Para-8(c) of Chapter- 3 of tender document).

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The Bidder shall be required to deposit Bid Security of requisite value along with the Bid for the due performance with the stipulation to keep the offer open till such date as specified in the Bid, under the conditions of Bid. Tenderer(s)/Bidders are allowed to make payments against this tender towards Bid Security only through payment modes available on IREPS portal or as specified at Para-11 of Chapter-3 of Tender document.

Bids not accompanied with Bid Security, in the requisite manner, shall under no circumstances be entertained and will summarily be rejected at the time of opening itself without further reference to the bidders.

The Bid Security shall be deposited either in cash through e payment gateway or submitted as Bank Guarantee bond from a scheduled commercial bank of India or as mentioned in tender documents. The Bank Guarantee bond shall be as per Annexure- VI (Form of Bank Guarantee Bond for Bid Security) of tender document and shall be valid for a period of 90 days beyond the bid validity period.

Any firm recognized by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) as 'Startups' shall be exempted from payment of Bid Security subject to submission of Registration Certificate issued by appropriate authority

Labour Cooperative Societies shall submit only 50% of above Bid Security subject to submission of supporting document along with bid.

The work shall be carried out at RWP/Bela premises, and the Contractor must take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and protection of their engaged manpower. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable labour laws and regulations, including the Workmen's Compensation Act and other relevant statutes. The Contractor must ensure that all workers engaged under this contract are paid at least the minimum wages as per the Minimum Wages Act. Any disputes arising due to labour laws or regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor, and the Contractor shall be bound by the decisions of the Labour Commissioner in such matters.
