Charpoy GI pipe with Nylon Newar (FD-220)

Taking out U/S long rail from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail 32mm bore medium grade Make : Jindal/TATA/BST/Prakash Tubes/Oswal /Bhushan. Matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:Items will be dumped in advance before commencement of work along with purchase voucher.

Taking out U/S short rail from Charpoy GI pipe and fixing short rail duly threaded both the end of pipe retireved out of unserviceable long rail as item srl No1.01 above matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out U/S leg from charpoy GI pipe and fixing leg duly threaded one end of pipe retrieved out of unserviceable short rail as item srl No 1.02 above. MS plate 3 mm thick in round shape should be welded at the bottom of the legs Matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out U/S GI 3 way elbow from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new elbow 32mm bore ISI marked matching with the existing shape & size. Weight not less than 400 gms as approved complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Taking out U/S GI check nut 10mm thick 32mm bore from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new check nut ISI Marked. Matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out UNSV newar from Charpoy GI pipe, S&F new plywood 12mm thick of size 1990x910mm exterior grade BWR ISI Marked , IS code 303 Make: Archid Ply/Century /Kitply/Rama wood/BLJ Plylam. Before fixing of plywood all steel surfaces should be cleaned, loose part of charpoy to be framed and frame to be tightened including MS plate 3 mm thick in round shape should be welded at the bottom of all legs. Making 03 nos hole of equal size on both long rail and 02 nos holes of equal size on both short rail by drill machine. S&F of 03 (Three) Nos of MS flat stiffners duly hole both the end of stiffner by drill machine, hole should be matched with hole of long rail of size (40x5x900mm) at equal distance on both the long rails and painting of all MS stiffner with two coat of synthetic enamelled black paint over a coat of red oxide Make: Superlac/Nerolac/Borolac/Super Glosynthetic Dulux/Acro paint/Aquolac after that plywood in all four corners of the ply duly rounded in shape and smoothened by using sand paper etc. Plywood should be fixed with cap type nut & bolts as per sample held with BSO (North) Furniture Yard complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:plywood will be dumped in advance before commencement of work along with purchase voucher. Note : Payment will be processed after fulfilling following condition:- (i) Verification of purchase voucher of plywood. (ii) Certification of plywood supplied on ground that plywood supplied is complying CA all as per specifications by manufacturers. (iii) Submission of test certificate of plywood from contractor.

Taking out U/S plastic newar from charpoy GI pipe and supply & re-weaving with new plastic newar 50 to 55mm wide of best quality as approved . Re-Weaving shall be done closely as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Before re-weaving charpoy, all steel surfaces should be cleaned, loose part of charpoy to be framed and frame to be tightened where reqd and and MS plate 5 mm thick in round shape should be welded at the bottom of all legs. All as shown in drg. complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Teapoy verandah (FD-383,255)

Taking out U/S top from teapoy verandah and S&F new top made of pre-laminated particle board 18 mm thick exterior grade BWR in white shade as per IS CodeNo-12823. Make : "DECO Board/ECO Board/Archidlam/Century/Kitlam" duly covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top. Matching with the exisiting shape and size all as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Table office clerk steel (FD-84,307, 1004)

Taking out U/S top from table office clerk steel and S&F new top made of pre-laminated particle board 18 mm thick exterior grade BWR one side teak face ISI marked as per IS CodeNo-12823. Make : "DECO Board/ECO Board/Archidlam/Century/Kitlam" duly covered with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top.maching with existing shape and size all as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table office officer steel (FD-84, 1003)

Taking out U/S top from table office officer steel/wooden of any shape & size and S&F new top made of plain particle board 18 mm thick exterior grade BWP IS Code No-3087. Make : "DECO Board/ECO Board/Archidlam/Century/Kitlam" duly fixed with plastic laminated sheet 1 mm thick in colour/shade as approved. Make: Formica/Decolam/Sun Glass. 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top. Matching with existing shape and size all as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out U/S handle from Almirah large steel and S&F new handle chromium plated of approved quality. Matching with existing shape and size. All as shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unsv shelves and S&F new shelves made out of 1.00mm thick MS plain black sheet. Matching with the exisiting shape and size all as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out U/S hasp & staple from Locker bed side steel and S&F new hasp and staple of approved quality. Matching with the existing shape and size and as per drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out U/S handle from Locker bed side steel and S&F new aluminium steel bow handle 100mm long of approved quality. Matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out U/S hanging rod from locker bed side steel and S&F new CP steel hanging rod 19 mm approved quality all as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Welding

Running welding to any steel furniture items with Gas/Electric as required. Running welding upto 12mm shall be considered one point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Painting

Scratching old U/S paint from Table office clerk steel cleaning and making the surface smooth and painting the same inside & out side with two coat of silver hammer tone paint Make: Superlac/Nerolac/Borolac/Super Glosynthetic Dulux/Acro paint/Aquolac or any other shade complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
