Execution of work under MW (Cons.) Structural repairs to the South Bhadra Gates, Champaner, Pavagadh

Towards the Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for re-pointing or re-plastering, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.(Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the Taking out damaged, decayed and worn out special size brick masonry structure very carefully, layer by layer without damaging the adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposing off debris within 50 meters including cost of materials, labour and T&P etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the Taking out damaged, decayed and worn out Random Rubble stone masonry hearting in lime mortar very carefully, layer by layer without damaging the adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposing off debris within 50 meters including cost of materials, labour and T&P etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards the Taking out damaged, decayed and worn out Ashlar sand stone masonry wall in lime mortar manually/mechanical means very carefully, layer by layer without damaging the adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposing off debris within 50 meters including cost of materials, labour and T&P etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards provision for resetting of damaged/decayed and worn out special size (0.23X0.12X0.05) Brick work using special size bricks (80% new brick and 20% old brick) with traditional lime Sand Surkhi mortar (1 lime putty:1 surkhi:1sand), Lime should slaked at site & surkhi should be made from first class bricks and fine grinding, also mixed with natural additives including cost of materials, labour and T&P etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towads Provision of Relaying of Lime Concreting over top of wall using lime concrete (2:2:7) (2 lime putty : 2 surki : 7 brick khoa/Aggregate ) in traditional mortar mixed with natural additives, laid to proper slope, thoroughly beaten and curing, top finishing, cost of all materials, Labours and T&P etc. all complete as per direction of Site in charge. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards Recessed Pointing on joints of brick masonry Structures with traditional Lime sand Surkhi mortar (1 Lime :1 Surkhi : 1 sand ) including filling the gaps with same mortar etc all complete as per the directions of site in-charge (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)

Towards provision for resetting of damaged/decayed/missing and worn out Stone work in plain ashlar in super structure up to floor five level in traditional Lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 Lime putty : 1sand:1 surkhi with natural additives) including an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade, fixing with the SS clips, cost of all material & Labours, T&P etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Including all the materials & labour charges etc. complete as direction by site in charge)
