Material & Labour for Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using crushed metal sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for brick well burnt Class ‘B’ Modular Brick as cover to U/G cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over underground cable for cable protection in trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting existing concrete/metal/ bituminous road/PCC hard standing or tile walk way of any type by using crow bar chisel etc not exceeding 45 cm wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning in layers 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filled earth, watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (GI pipe will be measured and paid separately)

Excavation in trenches hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out excavated soil/sand/unserviceable LT Cable for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on walls/poles GI tubing medium grade with all fittings of 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in MCB TPN, C series 63 Amp, 240 V complete all as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure suitable for MCB TPN 63 Amps 240 V complete all as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose, watering,& removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and making good surface, complete all as directed and specified .

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /transformer neutral/body/ Lt panel etc. and testing on completion, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of 5 KVA UPS, 3 phase input, 300 V to 470 V 50 HZ 3 phase out put, 415 V, IGBT technology pure sine wave LCD display, output PF 0.8 Lag, Crest factor 3: 1 inbuilt galvanic isolation transformer, auditable at output over load and battery low with SMF battery for 30 Min backup including metal battery stand complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring along with earth wire with the 4X6 Sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface wiring through PVC conduit along with 1X 6 sq mm PVC insulated copper conductor single core for earth continuity cable complete all as specified and directed.
