Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 Sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semi-circular plain / U shaped G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m².

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required: In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing M.S sheet for eave board/ facia 1.00 mm to 2.00 mm thick roofing accessories in J or L hooks, bolts and nuts and or G.I. seam bolts and nuts, G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washer etc. or welding where as required complete: Eave's board/ Facia

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Hight pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid seperatately). 6 mm thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats)

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats).
