TERMS AND CONDITION

The Bidder have to submit the Following Document to qualify in the bidding.

1. Financial Standing Certificate of the Bidder.

2. Escalation Matrix for Service Support.

3. MSME Certificate (if applicable).

4. A Non-Blacklist Declaration on a ₹300 stamp paper stating that the bidder has not been

blacklisted by any Government, Semi-Government, PSU, or Autonomous Organization (Latest:

6. Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) from the OEM for all quoted products.

9. Income Tax Returns for the last financial years.

11. Turnover Certificate issued by a Chartered Accountant.

12. Acceptance of the Additional Terms and Conditions (ATC) with a signed declaration stating:

2. If a Government holiday is declared on the scheduled date of bid opening, the bids will be

order value after issuance of the work order.

8. The OEM or its authorized service centre must be located in Porbandar District or within a

km radius of Porbandar and operational for at least the last three years. Documentary proof

must be submitted.

9. The bidder shall ensure proper operation under fluctuating voltage conditions.

10. The specifications and warranty details of the offered products shall be verifiable through

the OEM website using the product serial number.
