Procurement of Water Tanker with Tractor for Reuse of TWW in MC GOHANA

Supply and Delivery of 25 HP Tractor to Municipal Council, Gohana of Make EICHER, SONALIKA and SWARAJ etc. The rates are inclusive of bidders responsibility towards registration of Tractor in favour of Execytive Officer, MC GOHANA. The rates also covered the insurance of tractor by the vendor. The Specifications are as under:- 1. Power source — The tractor shall be powered by a diesel IC engine. 2. Engine power — The engine power shall not be less than 18.39 kW (25 HP class or higher). 3. Wheel drive — The tractor shall have 2WD drive or higher. 4. Engine/cooling — The tractor shall be fitted with a diesel engine, air-cooled or an equivalent OEM standard suitable for 25 HP class. 5. Cylinders — The engine shall have not less than 1 cylinder, or higher as per OEM design. 6. Engine capacity — The engine capacity shall be approximately not less than 1550 cc, or equivalent/higher OEM standard. 7. Fuel-injection pump — The tractor shall be fitted with an inline or equivalent OEM-standard diesel injection system. 8. Clutch — The tractor shall be fitted with a single clutch or better. 9. Transmission — The transmission shall be centre-shift sliding mesh/constant mesh/synchromesh or better. 10. Gear configuration — The tractor shall have not less than 8 forward and 2 reverse gears/settings. 11. Forward speed — The forward speed shall be approximately 27 kmph or higher at rated RPM/OEM standard. 12. PTO type — The tractor shall be fitted with Live PTO or an equivalent OEM system. 13. PTO speed — The PTO speed shall be standard 1000 RPM, or a suitable OEM-equivalent arrangement. 14. PTO shaft — The PTO shaft shall have 21 splines or OEM equivalent. 15. Lifting capacity — The lifting capacity at the lower links/hitch point shall not be less than 1220 kgf. 16. Three-point linkage — The tractor shall be fitted with draft, position and response control or equivalent, of a suitable category linkage. 17. Brakes — The tractor shall be fitted with sealed dry-disc or oil-immersed brakes/equivalent OEM standard. 18. Steering — The tractor shall be fitted with mechanical or power steering: power steering shall be acceptable. 19. Front tyre — 6.00 x 16, or equivalent OEM standard. 20. Rear tyre — 12.4 x 28, or equivalent OEM standard. 21. Electrical system — The tractor shall be fitted with a 12 V battery of minimum 88 Ah, or higher/OEM standard. 22. Fuel tank capacity — The fuel tank capacity shall not be less than 35 litres. 23. Overall length — Approx. 3150 mm, or OEM-equivalent. 24. Overall width — Approx. 1650 mm, or OEM-equivalent. 25. Overall height — Approx. 2030 mm, or OEM-equivalent. 26. Wheelbase — Approx. 1880 mm, or OEM-equivalent. 27. Unballasted/total weight — Approx. 1670 kg, or OEM-equivalent. 28. Accessories — The tractor shall be supplied with a tipping-trailer kit, drawbar, top link and standard tool kit/OEM-standard accessories. 29. Emission/statutory compliance — The tractor shall conform to the latest applicable Indian emission, CMVR/RTO and safety norms in force as on the date of supply. 30. Condition — The tractor offered shall be new, unused and of latest production. Refurbished or demo-used tractors shall not be accepted.

Supply and Delivery of 5000 Litre Water Tanker to Municipal Council, Gohana.The Specifications are as under:- 1. Type — Single-axle, tractor-trolley-mounted water tanker. 2. Nominal water-tank capacity — The tank capacity shall not be less than 5000 litres. 3. Overall length — Approx. 12 feet, or equivalent suitable OEM/fabricator design. 4. Axle — Single axle, minimum 3 inch section, suitable for the rated load. 5. Tank sheet thickness — The tank sheet thickness shall not be less than 3.0 mm. 6. Overall width — Approx. 1.4 metres, or safe equivalent design. 7. Number of wheels — The tanker shall have not less than 2 wheels. 8. Tyres — Size 10-20/1000-20 or equivalent heavy-duty tyres with adequate load rating of makes as desired by Engineer-in-charge. 9. Rims — Size 10-20/1000-20 or equivalent, compatible with the tyres offered: new, ISI/IS marked wherever applicable. 10. Suspension (leaf spring) — New leaf-spring suspension suitable for the rated load, as offered by the OEM/fabricator. 11. Tank material — Galvanized iron (GI) or equivalent anti-corrosive material suitable for water storage and municipal use. 12. Tank fabrication — Continuous leak-proof joints/welds, adequate internal baffles, and a manhole/inspection opening with secure cover. 13. Outlets — One outlet valve/tap of 75 mm and two outlet taps of 25 mm, with leak-proof fittings. 14. Drawbar/hitch — A stable drawbar/hitch arrangement compatible with the towing tractor, along with a parking support stand. 15. Finish — Anti-rust treatment and durable internal/external coating suitable for water-tanker service. 16. Road-safety fittings — Reflectors, rear lamps, indicators, reflective marking tape and other applicable road-safety fittings. 17. Leak test and trial — The tanker shall be filled/tested for leakage and towing stability before acceptance. 18. Warranty / DLP — Minimum 1 year from successful delivery, testing and acceptance. 19. Condition — The tanker offered shall be new and unused: refurbished or reconditioned units shall not be accepted.
