M&L for Brick work with using sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair face brick masonry/concrete surface etc., in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

S & F for providing aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling system with size 605 mm x 605 mm, consisting of main runner of size 36.5 mm x 25 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.24 Kg/Rm) and cross Tee of size 23.5 mm x 36.4 mm x 1.4 mm (weight not less than @ 0.191 Kg/Rm). The snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40 mm X 25 mm X 2 mm (weight not less than @ 0.36 Kg/Rm).The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 6 mm dia. G.I wire , J-bolts ,nuts and washers as per manufacturer's instructions or adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 4.0 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed in ceiling flat or sloping fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with preparation of plastered surfaces and apply two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of primer and a layer of wall care putty (not less than 2.0 mm thick )complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including cornices, by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of old painted of steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint on old steel painted surface complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) including builders hardware etc & making good disturbed surface of wall with CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tubes suppyling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as spcefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the all rubbish off from the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick coloured vitrified ceramic tiles( light shade) (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors,set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ,laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & removing the debris from the premises upto 500 m from the MOD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels beam, floor/roof Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, kitchen platform, shelves ,man hole cover slab, etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for 3mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L for prepartion of old painted of wooden surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) any colour on old wooden painted surface complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.0 Sq m but not exceeding 2.0 Sq m each, and refixing of shutter of any description in same opening after repair ,easing & adjusting etc., including suitable builders hard ware , if required necessity for shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserveciable/damaged copper/aluminium surface (batten/coduit or casing caping) point wiring any length for light/fan/socket or power including unscrewing from board (fitting and fixture such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendent, regulators, sockets ,light fittings etc) and removing material from site and making good to the disturbed surface to match with existing finish etc complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 0.45 metre deep and not exceeding 0.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/ pipes, foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair/replacement of double door SPN DBs sheet steel, powder coated DBs suitable for MCBs fitted with bus bar, neutral link earth bar and din rail Single phase and neutral confirms to IS : 13032-1991DB, 415 Volts 200 amps rated busbar 8 way complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair LED luminaries 600 mm x 600mm, 35/36 watt, 220 Volt , AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying old size sub class “B” bricks kiln brunt, neatly laid adjacent to each other with axis of bricks perpendicular to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of hole under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless using manual technique with required tools complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i)Pipes shall be laid minimum 2.00 mtr below/under existing road surfaces/ apron /floors etc. (ii) T&P requird for road boring to be provided by the contractor at site own cost and no any claim enterained on this accont on later stage.
