Construction of twin D type Quarters building for Additional Tahasildar , Tahasil office, Panposh at Kuarmunda for the year 2025-26

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other machineries required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including 1% Cess.

Earth work in ordinary soil within 50 m. initial lead and 1.5 m initial lift including ressing & breading clods to omaximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceding 0.3 M in depth & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m.height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m. Leadas directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including 1% Cess.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials including 1% Cess.

Cement Concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming

Cement concrete ( 1 : 2: 4) using 12 mm size HG CB chips incuding laying lowering concrete, wartering and curring & cost carriage royalty and taxes of all materials etc.

Fly ash brick work in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use in foundation with good quality of fly ash. brick of 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having compressive strength not less than 35Kg. Per Sqcm. Including splays cutting, circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering curbelling including watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % CESS complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick work in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use in Superstructure with good quality of fly ash. brick of 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having compressive strength not less than 35Kg. Per Sqcm. Including splays cutting, circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering curbelling including watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % CESS complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work M-20 having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 200 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills.

Column base & footing
