(b) The contractor will provide 02 Safaiwalas per day for 08 Hrs to attend the above complaints for complete tenure of contract. The quoted rates of the contractor deemed to include the cost of aforesaid manpower. (c) Both the safaiwalas will attend the MES complaint cell at 0900 Hrs to collect the complaint slip and submit the same duly signed by the occupant at 1630 Hrs in the complaint cell after rectification of the complaint. The contractor will be responsible to ensure their attendence and rectification of the complaints. (d) Recovery @ Rs 1000 /- per person per day in addition to no payment if any of the safaiwala found absent. (e) The contractor will ensure the rectification of all complaints irrespective of Nos within 24 Hrs by deploying additional safaiwals if need . Nothing extra will be paid on this account. (f) The contractor shall be solely responsible for supplying all the safety equipments and observing safety rules required by the safaiwalas during working Hrs as per Govt policies in vogue and as amended time to time. (g) All the waste material / sludge shall be disposed off outside MD land.

Cleaning and desludging of existing soakage well of any capacities at different location using suction pumps by mechanical means including removing sludge to outside MOD land and depositing where directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus (soil) obtained from excavation to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick protection for LT cable with sub class "B" bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm with width equal to length complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for road / path way any type (Concrete) cutting , including excavation, returning filling in, spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers, soiling with broken boulders/ stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismantling the existing road, premix, carpeting 25 mm thick using ready mix patch mate material, rolled and compacted for road patch repair work, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Sub main wiring with PVC insulated, FR cable 2 single core 1.5 Sq mm 1100 V grade with stranded copper conductor on and incl PVC rigid non metalic conduit (ISI marked) in concealed incl all specials like joint, elbow , Tee ,junction , bend etc and provision of PVC insulated copper conductor single core 1.0 sq mm for earth continuity conductor including taking out UNSV sub main wirng alongwith conduit and accessories complete all as directed. Note: Two run of 1.5 sqmm and one run of 1.0 sqmm earth continuity conductor shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing of Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, surface mounting, MCB DB 4 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc flushed on the existing wall , to match with existing surface and making all necessary connections complete all as directed.

All as per item No.140 here in before but SPN 2 way single door.

Supply and fixing LED Solar street light fitting 24 Watt including galvanized steel pole in built, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor include the cost of G.I. pipe bracket, bracket mounting clamp, bolts and nuts, line connector or terminal/junction boxes and wiring from the fitting to the overhead line or junction box if required complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured separately

Meterial and labour for cement concrete in foundations for pole coping or any other work type B1 1:2:4 with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate all as directed.

Supply and laying of GI tubing, medium grade, 32 mm bore dia as cable protection fixed on walls/poles/laid in trenches complete including dismantling corroded GI pipe all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx 60cm x 6mm thick electrode buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal Ground Level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe medium grade connected to main distribution board/ earthing test point all as shown on electrical plate No-03 of SSR Part-1 and all as specified including testing on completion.Note: The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 mix type B1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways , GI funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia, wire mesh, salt and charcoal, protection pipe for earth lead upto 7.50m long complete in addition to item No 1 (a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under sub heading earthing, specified in SSR part-II earth lead wire and protection pipe beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately.
