Motor will be repaired by the service provider at his own cost. The service provider will arrange preventive maintenance as per requirement. Also he will attend the technical problems of device promptly within 24 Hours after intimation of the issue by the Buyer organisation. Penanlty will be imposed to the service provider

in case of delay in attending the complaints registered. He is liable to pay an amount of @ Rs. 500/- for not attending/solving the each complaint. Resolution of all
