CERTAIN REPAIRS /REPLACEMENT OF CI/DI PIPE LINE AND ITS CONNECTED WORKS AT MIL STN JAMNAGAR

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5 M deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and getting out for laying GI/CI pipes all as specified and directed.(By manual means)

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and as directed. Note :The back fill shall be neatly rounded /levelled over the trench to a sufficient height to allow for settlement to the required level all as specified in clause 18.56.6 (a) of SSR 2009.

Taking down/ up old U/S CI /DI /Pipe Line including all fittings etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following bore dia Pipe Lines:-

(a) 250 mm dia

(b) 200 mm dia

(c) 150 mm dia

(d) 100 mm dia

(e) 80 mm dia

Taking down/ up old U/S MS Pipe Line including all fittings etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following bore dia Pipe Lines:-

(a) 250 mm dia

(b) 200 mm dia

(c)150 mm dia

(d) 100 mm dia

Supply, laying in trenches, jointing and testing centrifugally cast ductile pressure pipe class K7 conforming to IS- 8329-2000 with including rubber tyton joints including testing of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) Excavation, earth work and DI fittings shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Standard length of pipe shall be 5.50 metre or 6.00 metre as available. (iii) The measurement of pipes shall be net as fixed between the fittings including short lengths without any allowance for cutting and wastage and for the portion entering in the sockets of pipes and fittings.

M & L for DI Fittings all socket and spigot such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, tee and reducing tees suitable for spigot and socket pipes including jointing with rubber gasket or welded joints as required for etc all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 100 to 150 bore in mm dia

(b) 200 to 250 bore in mm dia

M & L for CI /MS Fittings all socket and spigot such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, tee and reducing tees suitable for spigot and socket pipes including jointing with rubber gasket or welded joints as required for etc all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 200 to 300 bore in mm dia

(b) Up to 150 bore in mm dia

M & L for Cutting the existing cast iron/DI pipes in position for insertion of new tees, branches etc all as directed for following sizes of pipes :-

(a) 250 mm dia

(b) 200 mm dia

(c) 150 mm dia

(d) 100 mm dia

M & L for sluice valve cast iron body heavy duty class PN 1.6 , ISI marked (IS-14848) both end flanged with stainless steel spindle with cast iron hand wheel including jointing material like rubber insertaion sheet 3 mm thick, bolt, nuts and fixed to pipe line, testing complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

(a) 350 mm dia

(b) 300 mm dia

(c) 250 mm dia

(d) 200 mm dia

(e) 150 mm dia

(f) 100 mm dia

(g) 80 mm dia

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class `B` bricks using old size bricks straight on plan built in cement mortar 1:6 etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work / concrete work and finished even& smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of valve chamber 50 mm thick for embedding steel frame.

M&L for MS black seamless pipe with thikness 8mm confirming to IS -1239 Gr 330 incluing MS flange ,cutting welding and replacement of MS bends ,nut bolts washers rubber packing rubber joints gasket etc duly painted with two coat of lead free synthtic enemel paints all as specified and directed for the following dia of pipe :-

(a) 250 mm dia

(b) 200 mm dia

M&L for MS black heavy class pipe confirming to IS -1239 Part I incluing MS flange ,cutting welding and replacement of MS bends ,nut bolts washers rubber packing rubber joints gasket etc duly painted with two coat of lead free synthtic enemel paints all as specified and directed for the following dia of pipe :

(a) 150 mm dia

(b) 100 mm dia
