Schedule A1- Civil Works Site Development: Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavted earth up to all leads and lift as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
Excavation in foundation and trenches etc.(in pipes and pits) in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blasting prohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer –in-charge in all leads and lifts. Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete.
Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partitions walls & the like including the attached pillaster,s buttresses plinth string courses & the like as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge with in all lead & lifts.

C/O RCC Water Storage Tank:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:2:4) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. Schedule A2- Pumping Machinery and Electrical works:-S/E OF PUMPING MACHINERY (Submersible) :- Providing and installation of suitable raw water submersible star rated pumpset type KRT capable of handling 2500 PPM turbidity, of KSB make or of approved make by Jal shakti Vibhag (H.P) (List attached) conforming to latest BIS code. The pump shall be fitted with single vane impeller of suitable alloy for handling raw water as per IS 5669-1970 having oil/grease packed bearings and stainless steel shaft, wound stator on motor side with shaft protection sleeves on pump side ensuring better life for shaft . The impeller of pump shall be directly mounted on extended submersible sq cage motor shaft conf to BIS 9238-1979 with up to date amendments of 1450 (N) RPM, totally dust and weather proof with detach able pump casing for easy inspection with double mechanical seal, grease/ oil lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand vertical loads with minimum wear and tear,It should be fitted with device to take up expanion of water on heating of motor & suitable for operation on 415 +/- 15 % volts 3 Phase 50 C/S AC supply. The power of motor should be at least 10% in excess of maximum power required by the pump in complete operating range with mounting stand/ duck foot bend, steel guide wire with mounting hook, lowering chain and standard accessories as supplied by the manufacturers complete, suitable for fulfilling the following requirements:- For detailed design parameters/ requirements are given in data sheet No. 10 in Vol-III.

The power of electric motor/motors should be at +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump/pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-)15% of the duty poiint head. The motor/motors as per ISI:325:1978 with upto date ammendments read with IS 900:1992. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less then five times the dia of pipe.The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coatingboth inside and outside)as per IS:4736-1986(with upto date ammendments ) with mass of zinc coating shall be as per relevent code. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS:-814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/LT or IS marked mak. Tolerance in thickness and mass of pipe will be as per relevant IS Codes. Schedule A7-Remote Monitoring:-The tenderer/firm shall provide proposal for automation of entire scheme upto junction points of MBR/ Delivery tank and shall be automated in such a way that these are automattically operated at pre fixed hours/ time or any other logic decided by the department and operated from main SCADA centre at main Pump house. The entire automation is to be carried out as per the technical data sheets for Electrical, Instrumentation and automation works Volume III in accordance with the technical specifications for automation attached in Volume II. Electromagnetic flow meters of approved makes shall be provided at storage reservoir outlets and its output in the shape of total quantum of water delivered in a hour day and month shall be generated at main control station. GSM based devices shall be installed at tank location, which shall send massages through SCADA station at remote access location at main pump house. This data transmission system at tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module as per the direction of the Engineer- in- Charge. This module will have a communication to web data transfer system modle communication. The PLC station will have control station with programmable graphic process, mimics, real time and historical trending face plate and group display, alarm management and report with Laser Jet printers and required furniture. At tank locations controlling devices shall be installed with water meter sensors, flow transmitters, level transmitters in tank. Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from the competent authority.Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA. To automised the entire scheme up to junction points of storage tanks (Decision for finalisation of proposal lies with the department without assigning any reason)as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. (Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications & Data Sheet No, 13)

Schedule A8 -Disinfection System GASEOUS CHLORINATION :- Supply, errection and commissioning of gaseous chlorination plant at 1 No main storage tank & 2 No's Sector Stroage tanks complete in all respect having chlorinator capable to deliver 0-2500 gm/hr of chlorine gas along with 2 No's sets of 1W + 1S booster set of approved make with electric motor and 2 Nos sets 1W + 1S water piping from water main to booster pump. Schedule B1- Operation and Maintenance :- Operation and maintenance of scheme from source to sector storage tanks of scheme and to keep all structure/ machinery/ facility in proper working. O&M includes the regular i.e, daily supplying of designed/ required quantity of potable water having water quality as per of water supply to the beneficiaries of the scheme up to main storage/ delivery tank from percolation well to main storage tank & sector storage tanks at different locations as per plan and repair and maintenance of main lines, gravity lines alonwith maintenance of automized system of scheme. Regular maintenance of all the facilities including cleaning, washing, oil and greasing repair, replacement of worn out/ damaged parts of pumping machinary, pipe line, valves and electrical, mechanical, requirements, regular cleaning of all structure like storage tanks, sump wells, intakes, collection/distribution / pump house etc. and disposal of same as per the direction of engineer-in-charge, fixing/repairing/leakage in structure, pipe line pumping machinary etc. proper distribution of treated water and regular testing of water samples at required stages of treatment and lift. Maintaining log book of running of pumping mechniery register for samples reports and consumption of chemicals. Keeping regular and proper record of water quantity and quality, repair & maintenance work chemical dosing and time and hours of run of pumping machinary, removal of all kind of slips, slush, up-rooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc. growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-chrage, planting, and maintenance plant of the flowers/ trees around the pump house , storage tanks/ sump well etc. as per the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge including the cost of procurement of adequate and proper tools and plants, skilled and un-skilled manpower, spare parts, oil/grease/lubricants, chemical and all kinds of regents required for water sample testing re-filling of gaseous cyclinders i/c mechanical & head load carriage etc and making stand by arrangement all times, instruments, equipments, stationery and any other material etc. required for O&M excluding the cost og energy charges. All the operation shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO manual of the water supply and treatment (latest addition) HP PWD/JSV specification, HP JSV department norms direction issued by the Engineer-incharge from time to time and sound engineering practice. (Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications & Data Sheet No, 12) The O&M part will commence from date of completion of trial & test run for Three months defect and liability period of Six months after physical completion of all components.
