Note for item No. 1 :- The contractor shall got inspected all lifts by lift inspector nominate by Chief Electrical Inspectorate of Karnataka and obtain worthiness certificate once in the currency of the contract but not later than four months from the date of acceptance of tender without any financial effect.

Supply, Fixing and replacement and commissioning and testing of Car Door, Door Operating Mechanism includes door motor, door coupler, door belt, with operator, V3F Drive complete unit all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix SS Cabin, replacement of lift cabin SS 304 Grade, Clear opening, 800/900 mm X 2000mm clear panels and side and front panel, false ceiling, LED Lights and fan, bottom plat form and top ceiling unit complete set all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of landing door SS 304 with complete unit with doors, header, bottom sill, side panels door lock and contacts suitable for 8/13 passenger 800/900 mm X 2000 mm. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix main sheave 530mm dia 5 groove 13mm dia rope suitable for G+5, pressing hydraulically and testing for smooth functioning of the lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of main iron rope 13mm dia of superior quality of 96RM complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for replacement of car operating panel with G, 1, 2, 3, 4 (5th floor) DC stop, alarm light, fan switch, up and down arrow, digital position indicator, fixing , testing and taking down the unserviceable all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for replacement of landing push button with call register button with stainless steel face plate, fixing connection and testing all as specified and as directed , and taking down the existing land push buttons all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of copper travelling flexible cable 12 core 0.75Sqmm of 60RM complete all as dpecified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of hoist way wiring complete using 0.75 Sqmm copper flexible conductor all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for main gear box and pedestal, shifting to the factory, grid the worn out gear shaft, make a new pedestal bush bearing acording to the gear shaft size, press the bush bearing with hydraulic press ,shift the gear to the site from factory, fix and align the gear box , adjust the pedestal and gear shaft & replace the gear oil and run the lift complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement for V3F Micro Process full collective controller with ARD & V3F main drive suitable for 15HP motor and run the lift complete all as specified and as directed.

S & Fix Over Speed Governor unit complete with tension pit pulley 1mps, tripping speed 1.3mps all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement for replacement of V3F Main Drive suitable for 17 HP Motor including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.
