Biannual rate contract to carry out various miscellaneous activities related to production of Microla-Biola and Other Value added products in R and D Bio-research Department of RCF Trombay Unit for year 2021-2023

Microla Plant: Raw and Packing Material section: • To bring raw and packing material viz. bottles, boxes, labels from the plant premises to Microla plant site as and when required.

Microla Plant:Material weighment & reactor dosing • To arrange material drum/ bags for weighing near balance as when required. To shift the properly weighed material from weighing balance to the reactor site. • Help in dosing the material in the reactor.

Microla Plant:Reactor cleaning: • Cleaning of reactors, filtration unit, pipings.

Microla Plant:Bottling section: • To arrange bottles of different volumes, fill the bottles,cap the bottles,pass it through induction seal machine,clean the bottles, label the bottles. Finished product section: clean the bottles,To pass the labels through printer for batch coding/or print manually label the bottles, prepare the box, fill the bottles in boxes, put tape on the box .

Microla Plant:Shifting the material :Shifting the material from plant site to plant store (finished product)

Microla Plant:Scrap disposal activity: • Removal of damaged boxes, bottles, tape, packing material etc. to scrap area.

Microla Plant:Repacking activity:Repacking of boxes no. (whenever required)

Microla Plant:Loading ,unloading and stacking activity :Loading ,unloading and stacking of Biola and Microla boxes as per requirement ( total qty in MT)

Biola plant activities: i) Mother culture process section: 1) To keep & maintain the laboratory floor utmost clean & dust free, being an aseptic process. 2) Preliminary washing of glass ware. Weighing of chemical and media preparation. 3) Help in loading the autoclave for sterilization of glassware's media. Help in loading the culture in fermenters. ii) Fermentation process section: 1) Arrangement of microbial liquid broth & media in bulk, 2) Feeding of microbial broth. 3) To keep & maintain the floor utmost clean & dust free, being an aseptic section as and when required. iii) Shifting of HDPE Bottles: 1)Movement of HDPE Bottles from central store /plant store to production site on daily basis. iv) Raw material section: 1) To arrange materials and properly as per the instructions of officer in charge v) Reactor: 1)Cleaning of reactors as and when required. 2) Externally keeping the reactors in clean conditions all the time.

Biola plant activities: Washing of bottles with water followed with steam sterilization. i)Bottle filling section: 1) Filling up of bottles 2)Moving the filled bottles through laminar airflow bench, capping 3)passing the bottles through induction heat sealing machine and thereby stacking. ii) Packing section: 1) weighing, cleaning and wrapping the filled bottles with label. 2) To put shrink sleeves on labelled bottles, heat shrinking, packing in corrugated box and stacking. iii)Finished product section: 1)Printing of MRP and other details on labels.Arrengment of properly filled and sealed boxes in the godown on palate 2)To repack any packed material found improper, as per instructions.• To maintain the godownclean. iv) Scrap disposal: 1)Removal of damaged boxes, bottles tape, packing material etc.to scrap area

Urban KIT Production:Transportation of empty pouches from printing area to production floor

Urban KIT Production:weighing opening cutting of compost bags of 25 kg and mixes with the soil for pot mixture prepration collection of empty bags, stacking in bundle & shifting disposal yard.

Urban KIT Production:Filling desired quantity of the product in 5 kg pouch weiging and heat sealing of pouch.fill the pouches in boxes, put tape on the box .
