SUBHEAD-I :EARTH WORK & EXCAVATION :

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. SUBHEAD-II PLAIN & REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position reinforcement bars at all levels and positions including the cost of steel, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position etc., as per drawings and specifications including the cost of binding wire, labour etc., all complete for reinforced concrete.

SUBHEAD-III STONE AND BRICK WORK

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

SUBHEAD-IV PLASTERING AND FINISHING

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.

SUBHEAD-V MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making soak pit 2.5 m diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design. With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

SUBHEAD-VI : WATER SUPPLY SERVICES

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

SUBHEAD - VII : ROOF WORK

0.35mm thick coated trafford sheet roofing with structural steel work including two coats of epoxy primer and single coat of epoxy paint

SUBHEAD - VIII : ELECTRICAL WORKS

Point Wiring for Light/ Fan/ exhaust fan with 2runs of 1100V grade 1.5 Sq.mm & 1 run of 1.5 Sq.mm FRLS , PVC insulated Copper wires, run in 25 mm dia 2 mm thick PVC conduits concealed in wall / on wall / concealed in ceiling / on surface conforming to IS 732 including all accessories such as junction boxes, conduit bends elbows and ceiling rose, anodised GI Switch box with modular switch and the box covered with front plate.

One light point controlled by one 6A switch

Providing and fixing 32A capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 63A capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and fixing 25A rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For vertical run)

Supply, laying, Testing and commissioning of following size 1.1KV grade XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor under ground cable, in built up cable trench/ already laid RCC hume pipe or on cable tray with all installation materials. When the cable is to be laid in ground, the same shall be laid at a depth of 750mm below ground level including excavation and refilling of earth after cables are laid, providing protection with sand and bricks at sides and top and cable route markers at every 15mtr. interval and also at the turnings. The cable shall conform to IS 7098/Part II.
