SUPPLY OF AUTOMATION SYSTEM
Battery PLC: - PLC System for COB-6 including hydraulically operated reversing winch mechanism for COB-6, Quenching System, Pneumatic blowdown system etc. PLC shall have hot standby CPU capable of bumpless transfer and event synchronization (hardwired redundancy), redundant power supply unit, memory modules with battery back- up, redundant communication, network switches & interface units, LIU units, networking for RIOs & Level-2 system, Operators Console/Control desk, Annunciation Window, required operating, programming & HMI software along with license to operate the software. PLC & Engineering Station cum HMI System/Software shall be OPC enabled for integrating them with third-party interface & network.

VVVF drives in sheet steel enclosure, IP-42 enclosure, free standing, floor mounted, factory assembled & wired complete with incoming Isolator (50 KA), input & output contactors, Line reactor, HMI on the panel front door, communication card & special cables, DOL by-pass consisting of contactor, overload & ammeter for each HPALA pump motors (132 kW motor) along with Temperature scanners for RTD & BTD of HPALA motors. VFD shall communicate with reversing winch automation system.
Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS)
Parallel redundant 30KVA Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system with common battery bank.
Standalone 7.5kVA Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system with battery bank & bypass facility for emergency lighting.
Local Control Station:
HPALA Pump motor Local control station (LCS) near HPALA pump motor in stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2 mm , IP-55 enclosure protection ,wall/structure mounting with Ammeter, RPM Meter, Push Buttons (Indication type Start, Stop, Speed increase and decrease), etc.
Non-contact type heavy duty Proximity Limit Switches.
Flashing hooters at different locations for each reversing winch Operation.
Junction Boxes of size 200 x 200 x 100 mm in 2 mm stainless steel enclosure with elemex connectors including spare terminals for control cable terminations.
Furniture For Control Room: One set consists of 1 Industrial grade Table with cabinets & 5 revolving chairs

Drawing list is only indicative & may include few other drawings during detail engineering.
