(e) Check air filter cleaned periodically with compressed air (f) Check batteries and Top up with distilled water (g) Check functioning of alternator (h) Check cooland level and top up (j) Cheack for leak if any and shall be rectified . (k) Diagnosis of faults in engine and alternator and its rectification. (l) Rectification of minor fault shall be done within time 24 hours

Repair, testing and commissioning to PT fuel pump for DG set of any capacity including replacement of all service kit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/overhauling of self starting system of DG set of capacity upto 123 KVA including replacement of corbon brushes, bearings, bushes, rewinding of armature and field coil etc and varnishing of capacity with necessary connections incluing testing and commissioing complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of hinges of door of DG set upto 125KVA capacity with required accessories all as specified and directed.

Shifting of DG set of any capacity from one location to another location as per site requirement all as specified and directed. (Note:- All T&P, hydra crane charge shall be included in qouted rate.)

M&L for cleaning of Fuel tank of DG set of any capacity manually as well as mechanically and also using cleaning compound making tank neat and clean all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of thermostatic valve set of DG set of any capacity with all connected accessories as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of water pump assembly and oil pump assembly of DG set of capacity upto 125 KVA with all connected accessories including pump repair Kit as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of DG set any capacity as per existing colour by applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint heat resistant by spray painting after preparation of old paint surface cleaning and scrapping writing all DG set specification complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of battery cable leads of copper conductor of size 70 Sqmm single core PVC insulated multistranded and with lugs for the 12V upto180 AH battery of length 1.5 mtr from the batteries to the DG set as that of existing size and length complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for replacement or topping up of superior quality coolant suitable for DG set Engine cooling complete all as specified and directed.

Drain out the old used engine oil from the sump and cleaning the sump including supply and filling the same with new engine oil (20W -40 or 15W - 40) upto the required level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of LED All-In-One solar street light fitting 30 watts rating including galvanised steel pole in built in lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor complete including taking down completely old unserviceable solar light fiiting all as specified and directed. (Note - Excavation and necessary PCC work is included in quoted rate).

Renewal of Heavy duty battery 12 Volt 180 AH fabricated of special propylene container ready to use and factory charged and maintenance free with all connected accessories complete of mode MHD1800, FEX0-MHD1800, 180AH (20 Hour), with acid level indicator including depositing old one to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed. (Make-EXIDE /AMARON/AMCO/NICCO as approved)

Removing and replacing the old unserviceable AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) with new ones of the exising make of generator of capacity 63 KVA to 125 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing and replacing the old unserviceable AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) with new ones of the exising make of generator of capacity 15 KVA to 35 KVA, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of 'ON LOAD' change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 100 Amps with side handle operated complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of 'ON LOAD' change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 200 Amps with side handle operated complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable broken solar water heater flat plate collector of 100 Litre capacity from existing system installed at roof top (Approx 25 Mtr from normal groung level) by uncsrewing complete nuts, bolts and screws and removal of other filments/accessories like inlet and outlet water supply pipe lines, valves etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Job will be carried out on rooftop and existing system installed at a hieght of 25 m above the normal ground level, neccessary requirement of T & P for execution of work is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted)

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of stainless steel ftal plate collector for solar water heater of capacity 100 ltrs, (total system capacity 200/300ltrs) 250 KPA, roof mounted complete with all connected accessories and connection of water supply pipe line for input and output supply and suitable for existing system complete all as specified and directed , PCC, grouting, foundation work shall be included in quoted rate. Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of stainless steel solar water heater tank of capacity 300 ltrs ,(total system capacity 300ltrs), roof mounted complete with all connected accessories and connection of water supply pipe line for input and output supply and suitable for existing system including Tank stand of required size, PCC, grouting, foundation work shall be included in quoted rate complete all as specified and directed (Note:Job will be carried out on rooftop and existing system installed at a hieght of 25 m above the normal ground level,neccessary requirement of T & P for execution of work is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted) (Make : As per sample as approved by GE)

Servicing greasing of Rotational search light 300W and its motor complete with replacement of capacitor, rotational motor, bearing/bush and other connected accessories installed at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing rusted/worn out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide and one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F for 25mm dia GI tubings (medium grade) with all fittings laid in trenches after taking down old steel tubing and connection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for gunmetal gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes after taking down old unserviceable gate valve of size 25 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement CPVC tubing medium grade with all fitting and fixed to walls & ceilling or laid in floors, bore of pipe 20/25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for testing of water samples for complete Physical, Chemical and Biological and Bacteriogolica, Examination of Treated water collected from Pump house Bore well and taken into any state Govt or any NABL approved laboratory for water tesing all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Collection of Treated Sewage water sample (quarterly) from Sewage Treatment Plants of 300/350 KLD capacity from Kanchrapara Military Station and carry out following test from Govt Laboratory or any NABL approved laboratory complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for XLPE insulated, LT armoured electric cable with aluminium standed conductor 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 35 sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches/pipes/ducts/wall/boarings with necessary cable lugs and glands, nuts, bolts and washers etc and testing including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking out / laying of GI /CI pipe line and making bottom surfaces of excavation leveld and to a gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches with excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil /spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering with width equal to length of brick as protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks of size 250mm x 125mm x .75mm laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed .
