Boring for under reamed piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:- 1.The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately. 2. For piling work suitable drilling rigs ie, Rotary drilling rigs, Truck/Tractor mounted are to be deployed due to tech considerations to limit any damage to exisiting structures and to property in close vicinity and also to centre the pile close to the boundary of defence land. Thus the drilling rigs will be approved by GE before deployment of same for executing the work. 3. The rates include for any diamension of under - reaming up to 2 1/2 times the diameter of the bore holes.

CRS/HCRM/CRM TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including bending spirally for hooping for piles, columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete including stirrups more than 10 mm dia all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Chrge.

CRS/HCRM/CRM TMT bars 5mm to 10mm dia for stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including bending spirally, hooping for piles, columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in under reamed pile of any length/any sections complete using minimum quantity of cement 400 Kg/Cum all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Note:-(i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade with admixture (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, footing, plinth beam, grade beam including pile caps complete all as specified . Note:-(i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

RCC(RMC) M-30 grade design mix with admixture(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns,Pillars, Piers, Posts and struts including pillasters and buttresses complete all as specified. Note:-(i) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Carrying out initial load tests on test piles of dia 500mm as per standard procedure laid down in IS-2911 including compressive strength including construction of test cap, dismantling the cap after the test and clearing the site and maintaining complete records of load settlements etc. as specified and directed by GE and submission of reports for 2.50 times the design load specified in drawings in non-working areas in the vicinity complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out routine load test (working pile) as per standard procedure given in IS - 2911 (Part IV) -1985 for 500 mm dia.

Conducting Standard Penetration Test all as per IS.2131 at levels and locations as directed for cast in situ bored piles.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5m but n.exc 3.0m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n'exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone/ granite aggregate as in foundation below pile caps/ plinth beam , filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading watering in layers not exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 1.5KM but n.exc 5.0 KM and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5m above the GL complete all as specified.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of foundation, plinth beams, pile caps etc for fair finished surfaces of concrete using steel formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to side of pillar post strut, columns square or rectangular and similar works for rough finished flat surfaces used steel form work complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, type C1 1:3:6, 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete and masonry surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement including providing 5mm deep and 5mm wide grooves at the juction of RCC member & masonry wall complete all as specified and directed.

Ornamental steel gate using mild steel hollow square / rectangular/ round steel tubes and wrought / cast iron decorative fittings such as rail heads, balls, bushes/collars, cages/brackets, leaves/ flowers & rosettes, rings/ scrolls, pickets and like, including steel sheeting or other covering, gusset plates, rails braces, hooks and pintle hinges, locking arrangements etc., complete all as specified and as shown in drawing. Note:- The design of ornamental gate shall be as approved by GE at the time of execution.

Preparing new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of anti fungal paint over a coat of antifungal exterior primer complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work using rolled angle /flat iron sections confirming Fe 290-Gde E-165 as in post strut in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standared rails straining bolts,including,securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins,etc.complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each line of wire shall be measured separately.

Preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

20 mm thick.Granite slab (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) set in cement mortar (1:3) 12mm thick and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed .

Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M30 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span copings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified.

100mm thick plain cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified.

Coloured chequerred cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement & pigment in floors over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Dismantling carefully without damaging plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed by the Enggr-in-Charge.

Fixing only pre-painted galvalume aluminium sizc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Enggr-in-Charge.

Raking or circular or straight cutting on corrugated sheeting (any thickness)

Dismantling carefully old structural steel work complete all as specified.

Erection & fixing only old steel work in tubular trusses, rafters and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete including ERW or induction butt welding of tubes complete all as specified.

Broken glass coping at the rate of 8 kg broken glass per Sqm on top of walls in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by the Enggr-in-Charge.

Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 on coping concrete surface finished even & fair without using extra cement including forming groove (15mm wide & 5mm deep) at the soffit of coping complete all as specified and directed.

12mm thcik raised plaster in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 on concrete / masonry surface finished even and fair without using extra cement including hacking on new concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

15mm thcik raised plaster in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 on concrete / masonry surface finished even and fair without using extra cement including hacking on new concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required superficial area not exc 150 sqcm but not exc 400 sqcm

Preparing the surfaces any description & treating ends of posts with tar or coal tar black paint, area tarred n.exc 0.1 Sqm each.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Enggr-in-Charge.

Sand filling (granite grit of size 6mm or less) under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for providing cement concrete in coping, kerbs, benching and haunching as lightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in drain cover slabs and similar work set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with smooth finishing without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Enggr-in-Charge..

External Electric Supply:- Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50 M and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5m above the GL complete all as specified.

Supply Spreading and levelling dry river sand in layers and well ramming including watering as required for cushioning complete all as specified and direcetd . Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply and lay Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made class LV, Type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay, jointing testing Cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm , 3.5 core in trenches/wall/ road cutting complete with cable glands, lugs etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay, jointing testing Cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm , 3.5 core in trenches/wall/ road cutting complete with cable glands, lugs etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay, jointing testing Cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm , 4 core in trenches/wall/ road cutting complete with cable glands, lugs etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay, jointing testing Cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sqmm , 3.5 core in trenches/wall/ road cutting complete with cable glands, lugs etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Junction box not less than 200 x 160 x 98 mm, suitable for 16/25 sqmm cable entry with terminals, IP 67, polycarbonate weather proof incl one MCB (6-32 Amps) all as directed and fixed to the wall using rustproof screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Junction box not less than 310 x 210 x 116 mm, suitable for 25/35/50 sqmm cable entry with terminals, IP 67, polycarbonate weather proof incl one MCB (6-32 Amps) all as directed and fixed to the wall using rustproof screws complete all as specified and directed.

Submain wiring with 2.5 sqmm two 3 core(for phases and neutral) using multistranded copper conductor PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed with and including 1 X2.5 sq mm insulated unsheathed PVC insulated multistranderd copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly drawn in PVC conduit ISI marked with accessories (Note: 3 runs of 2.5 sqmm and one run of PVC concealed conduit shall be measured as one run only)

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6.00mm thick burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and earth lead protected by GI protection pipe light grade 40mm bore with all fittings from upper edge of earth plate to body of equipments fixed with and including 25x4mmFI clamps and also including provision of GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering, funnel with wire mesh.
