Manufacturing supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D-4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminum alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures mounted and fixed with 2 nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made upto M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angle flats, providing and fixing M.S. message plate of required size steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical M.S.-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coats including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Mandatory/Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diameter with part as length of 3750 mm.including all carriages

Pre-casting & Placing in position 125 mm dia Bollards 600 mm high of required shape including providing M.S. Pipe Sleeve 50 mm dia 300 mm long in the Bollard and M.S. pipe 40mm dia and 450mm long with 150x150x6 mm M.S. plate welded at bottom and embeded 150 mm in cement concrete 1: 3: 6 (1 cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including necessary excavation of size 250x250x450mm deep for the same in bitumen/concrete pavement at specified spacing.including all carriages.

Supplying, stacking and filling of good earth free from pebbles, clods, weeds, vegetation, debris, rocks and other foreign material including digging earth carrying by lorry, placing, watering, dressing and ramming in layers not over 200mm thick and consolidation with PRR of 8-10 ton capacity including carriage of earth from approved source of supply to site of work complete including Royalty and all carriages.

Grassing with selection no. 1 grass including watering & maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds & fit for mowing including supplying of good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid separately.) with grass turf including all carriages.

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts as per the direction of site engineer.

Providing and Displaying Acalypha Different Colour Well developed,fresh and healthy with good foliage,multi branch 30 to 45cm ht in 20 cm size of Earthen pot/plastic pot bushy as per direction of site engineer incld all carriages (Sample to be got approved from the competent authority)

Providing and fixing of Cast Iron Garden/Park bench Four seater of minimum size 5'.0" in length,2'.0" deep and a standard seating height of 18 inches with backrest and armrests, of required colour,durable and resistance to weather including fixing of bench legs in cement concrete block of 1:2:4 mix as per the directions of site engineer complete job incld all carriages (Sample to be got approved from the competent authority)

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by site Engineer
