Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete.

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand ) using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supplying and erecting, centering and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29m height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet etc., complete. For Below GL

Reinforced Cement Concrete of mix 1:11/2:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three aggregate) with water proofing compound of 2% by weight of cement used and using 20mm size machine crushed granite stone jelly etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1;5, using 12mm thick in all floors etc.,complete.

Exterier Emulsion using best including cost and conveyance of brushes scaffolding charges etc complete with standard specification
