At least One Experience of the firm in providing similar services to Government agencies Qualification and experience of all Seven Key Staff with Experience Last Five Years

Each point for individual staff having Minimum 1) PUC Qualification, 2) one year work experience, 3) 6 months computer training certificate, 4) Min Typing speed of 35 Words per minute

Registration Certificate from the department of Service Tax (GST)

PAN Card, Recent Income tax paid returns form and Last Five years Audit report having turnover for at least RS 25.00 Lakhs in last five years

Current valid Registration Certificate from Labour Department

Current valid Registration Certificate from the department of EPF and EPF paid Challan of Previous months

Registration Certificate from the department of ESI and ESI paid Challan of Previous months
