P/Laying in position cement Concrete of specifed grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work of plinth level in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse Sand : 8 Graded Stoneof 40 mm nominal size) .

Providing and laying in position specified grade of rainforced cement concrete excluding cost of form work, shuttering , finishing and rainforcement all work up to plinth level 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 Coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Rainforcement cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 * landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral

Dry Stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and medium Tensile steel bars

Wire crates of GI wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire ( wire crates to be measured & paid for separately)

Wire crates of GI wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (boulders filling is to be measured & paid separately GI wire 4 mm thick corresponding to SWG-8 (15cm x 15 cm) mesh)

Providing & laying S&S centrifugally cast iron pipes ( Class LA) conforming to IS-1536. 18.27.1:- 100 mm dia pipe

Providing & Fixing C.I. Sluice valve ( with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. ( the tail pieces if required will be paid separately); 18.31.1 :- 100 mm dia pipe

Add Cost Index@60% on HPSR-2009 for item no. 1 i.e. on Rs. 1518 only
