Dismamantling mild steel work in fencing posts and struts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete as in fencing post etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in mild steel angle iron in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 5 but fixing only, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Each line wire to be measured.

All as per serial item No. 7 but fixing only, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing old surfaces of steel of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F chain link MS galvanised fencing including wire mess size 4mm dia and nominal pitch of wire 100X100mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 11 above but fixing only, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 10mm dia MS rounds bars provided in between fencing post to support chain link fencing incl necessary cutting, bending and hooking etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc. 50mm long (dia of neck 5 to 10mm), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brickwork with subclass 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing precast cement concrete lourves and jallies 25mm thick(measured solid) including all mouldings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry brought upto course well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, un?coursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping/benching etc including necessary formwork/ moulds, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
