Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (such as copings, bands of any type, roof padding, kerbs, sunken etc) chipping of loose concrete from surface to expose sound concrete and removing the dust debris etc to a distance not exc 250 meter from site and disposing the same complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course,well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

-ditto- all as per above item but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete block masonary 1:3:6 (type C-1) with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling,Jodhpur type, brought upto courses all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over stone masonary, concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dubbing out average 20mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on uneven/ irregular surface such as walls / ceilling / chajjas etc. complete all as specified.

Rough cast plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and rough without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to match the existing as filling in depression of roof slab and rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound on concrete surfaces of roof while concrete is green and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule).

M&L cool roof vitrified tiles (white or light shade as approved) of size 300x300x10mm thick fixed with spacers over 3mm thick high polymer modified grey cement based tiles adhesive and grouted with epoxy grout complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping to parapet walls including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10mm thick in 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing liquid all as per manufacturer's instructions over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement. Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.300 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surafces (iii) Second layer of 3.0 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement and having weight 3.6 Kg/ Sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid with blown type bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. (iv) Finally applying two protective coats of bituminous aluminium based reflective paint to safeguard against UV, including preparing of surfaces of APP modified polymeric membrane (second coat shall be applied after 24 hrs or as per manufacturing instructions).

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) Rendering 10 mm thick plaster/ screed in cement mortar (1:4) mixing with water proofing compound (as per manufacturer instructions) and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified . Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm over plastered surfaces. (iii) Second coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (iv) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron both sides thickness 2.0 mm having weight 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (v) Final coat of blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm.

M&L for top most layer as a protective layer with 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement laid to slopes as required at site & filling the expansion joints with bitumen mastic ( Mix of bitumen & sand in the ratio 1:1) made @ 0.90 to 1.00m both ways (10mm wide 12 mm deep) made while the conc is still green all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid ISI marked Make: Pidiproof LW or equivalent ISI marked.

Taking down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connections etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specifide.

Taking down 20mm bore steel water tubing and connections etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specifide.

Taking down 25mm bore steel water tubing and connections etc, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specifide.

S&F 15mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specifide.

S&F 20mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specifide.

S&F 25mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specifide.

Fixing only 15mm bore steel water tubing any grade with all new fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specifide.

Fixing only 20mm bore steel water tubing any grade with all new fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specifide.

Fixing only 25mm bore steel water tubing any grade with all new fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specifide.

Disconnecting existing PVC tank exc 500 Ltrs and not exc1000 Ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, Cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layer hoisted and fixed in position including 25mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair 25mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight for 25mm ball valves-455gms) fixed in repairs i.e., incl taking down and removal of old unserviceable float valves complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted cement mortar 1:3 complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding of any description fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC hollow wall lining interlocking type 7mm thick plain/ coloured, fitted into the wall with PVC rawal plugs and steel screws including fillets on joints as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures disturbed these will be matched and fixed as per existing.)

S&F in repair PVC hollow false ceiling interlocking type 7mm thick plain/ coloured, fitted with MS hollow grid (light weight) section 25mmx25mmx1mm thick including fillets on joints, with hanging arrangements and including maintain levels with adjustable clips, complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures disturbed these will be matched and fixed as per existing.)

S&F in repair Gypsum board 7-8mm thick in ceilling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instructions, plain/ colour fixed with steel snap grid (powder coated bottom side) with 'T' and 'L' (25mmx30mmx1mm thick) section of size 600mm x 600mm placed in ceiling 'L' section fixed with wall with PVC rawal plugs and steel screws @ 600mm centre to center and suspended/ provided 5.0 mm dia galvanised bars @ 1.00 sqm hanging arrangements and levels including adjustable clips, complete all as specified in clause 10.38 of MES Schedule Part-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. (Note:- If any minor electricial fittings and fixtures disturbed these will be matched and fixed as per existing.)

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated) any type sheets in any position roof coverings complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated/ plain sheeting (colour and design as approved) with two corrugations side lap/ 25cm overlap (if plain sheet) fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (Framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel, flat or MS hollow square/ rectangular any type, size/ sections), including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W Gde E-250 quality A including fabrication, erraction and fixing complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC SWR type 'B' socketed rain water pipes 110mm dia conforming to IS: 4985/ IS: 13592 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair PVC SWR bend/shoe of PVC 110mm dia suitable for 110 mm bore / dia PVC SWR rain water pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing of old surfaces of roof remove all corrosion products brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl washing , rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and M&L for applying two protective coats of bituminous aluminium based reflective paint to safeguard against UV, all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- second coat will be applied after 24 Hrs or as per manufacturing instructions).

Preparing new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron work of any description and girth over 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying chalk whitening/ concrete primer as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of Distemper oil Emulsion on new plastered surfaces all as directed by Engr in charge.

Ditto - but over cement based putty.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and M&L for applying concrete primer as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces all as directed by Engr in charge.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on walls complete all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling etc. & applying three coats of lime white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L for carrying out treatment for RCC Chajja’s, Ceilling, facia etc; in the following stages :- (i) Dismantling and removing damaged core concrete by manually/ mechanically means in columns, beam, roof slab, chajja, lintels, etc complete including disposal of unserviceable debris. (ii) Diamond wire saw cutting making profile at edges and avoiding feather edges.(iii) Hydro-demolition cutting / cleaning with high-pressure water jetting (iv) Chipping of loose concrete from surface to expose sound concrete beneath using light chisel, hammer & also preparing concrete surface to receive further treatment, disposing the unserviceable debris (v) Sand blasting for cleaning of reinforcement and chipped surface of concrete so as to cause an intense abrading of the reinforcement and removal of rust from entire surface of reinforcement to achieve shining bright surface (vi) Cleaning reinforcement of total rust by tapping or using wire brush or any other suitable way including from behind and around the reinforcement bars to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface (vii) Providing and applying approved chemical rust remover with paint brush on corroded rebar and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application and washed with sufficient quantity of water to make rebar free from corrosion (Dr. Fixit Rust Remover/equivalent), (viii)Surface preparation to remove all dust, dirt, loose rust scales etc., with wire brush, emery papers, rotary wire bristle brushes and grinding (if required) to the concrete surfaces to receive further repair treatment .(ix) Providing & fixing new reinforcement of various diameters as required at site in the form of mild steel and /or steel confirming to IS and lapping, welding, anchoring suitable to the old reinforcement including cutting, bending with all tools & tackles etc; (x) Providing and fixing GI weld mesh (1” x 1” x 12 gauge) with 30 cm lap at junction, one layer around the cross section of beams/ slab and along the span length. (xi) Providing and applying approved epoxy zinc rich anti-corrosive coating of 40 micron dry film thick/approved thickness of Dr. Fixit Zinc Rich Primer/ equivalent to the exposed reinforcing bars after application of rust remover, on the shear connectors/welded mesh/additional reinforcement of entire concrete repair surface. (xii) Dubbing out PMC 20mm thick (average thickness),(Polymer modified mortar/concrete) on uneven/ irregular surface such as walls / ceiling / chajjas etc. (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including 10mm thick PMM plaster in CM 1:3 ratio (Polymer modified mortar) on concrete surface (when concrete is green) ,(using Polymer modified 20% by weight of cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Preparing old plastered surfaces brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl washing , rubbing down and stopping of distempered or painted surfaces and M&L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on old plastered surfaces all as directed by Engr in charge.

Preparing old surfaces incl brooming surfaces, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil or greasy spots incl washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and M&L for applying one coat of cement base paint on walls etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls etc. & applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified.

Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceiling etc. & applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.
