Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable tapestry cloth of seat and back of chair revolving and stiching with new tapestry cloth (Cotton linen/ jute/ cotton velvet) not less than 200/- per metre of shade as approved by GE and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable PVC arms of chair revolving. Supply and fixing of new arms and tightening with nuts and bolts as required complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable synchro plate of chair revolving complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Chair Revolving Executive Long back (TP)

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable seat and back of chair revolving executive with new set of seat and back made of 75mm thick foam of good quality 32 density covered with new leatherette/Rexine/Fabric tapestry cloth. The type of cloth shall be Suede plain velvet/ cotton line/ suede jute fabric not less than Rs 400/- per metre in shade as per sample approved by GE including 12mm thick curved plywood made with 7 number ply / wooden frame curved into shape, for base complete all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. New PVC arms shall be screwed with rivets firmly to the set of seat and back as per best trade practice.

All as per Srl item No. 3.01 here-in-before but hydraulic gas lift cylinder/ shock up frame of Chair revolving Executive.

M & L for welding to frame of chair writing including preparation of surface and removing the unwanted welding spot, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting to frame of chair writing with black synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surface, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: The painting shall be carried out at Furniture Yard and at the site of furniture as required and as directed by Engineer in charge)

Polishing of wooden furniture:- Material and labour for: 1) Cleaning and dusting of following furniture articles by removing of unwanted settled dirt from every exposed wooden surface with a clean rag or wax remover if required. 2) Sanding the surface with rough sand paper. 3) Filling the cracks and gaps with putty and staining of wood surface with Raw siena/burnt siena to match the wood colour and re-rubbing with fine sand paper to make the surface smooth. 4) Polishing with French Spirit Polish to be applied with soft Malmal cloth/ soft brush. 5) Finally applying the sealer to give a glossy finish all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge :- (NOTE: The polishing shall be carried out at Furniture Yard and at the site of furniture as required and as directed by Engineer in charge)

The contractor shall replace the wooden triangular brackets with new brackets wherever needed to support the cushion seat all as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing the old u/s legs of table conference and fixing new legs (vertical support) made of 19 mm thick commercial MDF board of approximate size 600mm x 750mm duly laminated with 1 mm thick sunmica both sides and outer edges, in shade as approved by GE and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for removing top of table and fixing new top made out of 18/19mm thick commercial MDF board laminated on both side with 1 mm thick sunmica sheet of shade as approved by GE. The edges of the table shall be made 36 to 40mm thick by fixing a 50mm wide MDF batten under the edges all along. The 40 mm thick edges shall be covered with the sunmica/ lamination sheet with the help of good quality wood glue all as specified and dirercted by Engr-in-Charge. (Drg No. FD-4875)

Vacuum rubber or SS screw shall also be provided by the contractor wherever required or as directed by Enegr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of broken or unserviceable wooden batten of the top of centre table with new Teak Wood batten of section 65mmx 25mm. The outer edge of the batten shall be slightly chamfered. The inner edge of the batten shall be chiselled 8 to 10 mm deep to support the glass top. The approximate length of the long side batten shall be 1200mm and that of the short side batten shall be 600mm.

Removing of old worn out tapestry cloth from sofa cushions of size 22’’ x 21’’ x 4’’ and stitching with new tapestry cloth ( type suede/ linen/ chenille) not less than Rs 350/- per metre complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for removing existing worn out tapestry cloth and damaged cushioned seat and back from the sofa set and fixing new cushion sheet of thickness 100 mm and 32 density and of best local Make as approved by GE including re-upholstering of sofa set seat and back five seater (Trade Pattern) with new tapestry cloth (Suede/plain Chenille/leatherette/Linen) sewn in tufted pattern in the back as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The cloth shall be of best quality not less than 330 GSM and Rs 300/- per metre of Make D' Decor/ Mahindra/ AV decor/ SSTF/SB India/ GM Syntex in shade as per sample approved by GE and as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Rest all as specified and directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Table Office steel (FD- 1004/ FD-1002)

Material and labour for replacement of MS part of the table frame with new MS conduit pipe of size 25x25mm and 1.6mm thickness duly welded to the frame at placecs as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The welded joints shall be grinded to produce smooth surface. The complete MS frame shall be spray painted in Black enamel paint in Matte finish.

Material and labour for removing of old unserviceable MS drawer of the office table and replacing with new drawer screwed to the table frame. The sides and back of new drawer shall be made of 1mm thick MS Sheet. The front of the drawer shall be made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board of approved make. All open edges of particle board shall be covered with 1mm thick PVC edge banding to be fixed with strong adhesive like Edgelockprobond glue. The drawers shall run on telescopic channels. The knob of drawer shall be counsel/ recessed handle 100mm made of MS powder coated in black as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
