Demoltion of cement concrete (un reinforced) floors (other than ground floors)and similar suspended work all as specified and directed.

M and L for providing 75mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as a floor finishes/ paving all as spd and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M and L for Cement concrete chequre tile , 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick with grey cement and and pigment laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as use in cement flooring finishing without using of extra cement all as specified and directed.

M and L for glass dividing strips, 3 mm and 38mm wide fixing in floor as per spd grid

Demolition of reinforcement roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended required to facilitate demolition work

M&L mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M and L for RCC 1:2:4 type-BO using 12.5mm aggregate as in Chajjas and similar works all as spd and directed

M and L for formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items in?cluding edges

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder mesonary, built in cement mortar including all quions,arches,pillers etc but excluding ashler facing dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1: 4 all as specified and directed

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half thick walls built in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wallls etc including raking out joints,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick wall and finish even and smooth without using extra cement on external surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat alkali resistant primer

Dismantling water tanks and removing from site 1000 ltr capacity

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles tiles in vertical surface 300x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 all as spd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples

S&F towel rail 600mm long of CP fixed with and included chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats ( minimum wt 190gms)

M & L for preparation of old treated surfaces ( Plastered or unplastered) of walls cornics etc brooming down or steel wire brushing scapping down smoke soot moulds, moss efforescence salts treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
