Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement, including form, moulds,mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ---------------- Ditto -----------. (Only rate to be quoted)

Demolition of brick masonary work, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding precast concrete articles etc. and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work ( Laid in Flat or Edges), or brick tiles in floors,channels or Kerbs built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar ,approns etc. beded and pointed in any layer(each layer) in any morter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work with locally available best quality bricks , laid flat on verticle inclined sides of drains,bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with old bricks obtain from dismantling , laid flat on verticle inclined sides of drains,bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and Pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with Locally available best quality bricks , laid on edges on top surfaces of drains,bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and Pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layer, first layer shall be of 10 mm thick CM 1:6 and second layer of finishing coat shall be 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note-WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick M-35 grade factory made vibratory compected cement concrete rubber moulded, interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 6mm top layer of anti abrasive material over 25mm thick consolidated sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling RCC Post or struts of any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embedded in natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Form work of Rafts, Footings,Foundation, plinth beams, Braces for columns etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to sides of pillars post, struts, piers, columns and stanctions square vor rectangular in section and similar works for rough finished surfaces of concrete in flat complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including cutting reinforced as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RCC 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast cover slab and the like including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,25mm thick,Factory made, fancy/ Specially designed/Rajasthani type Jalli including all moulding (of size 0.45x0.75 m) (measured solid, but excluding frame), set in CM 1:4 with PCC 1:2:4 type Bo, using 12.5 mm graded aggregate,with and including RCC balusters/posts/Frames size 10 cm x10 cm x 90 cm,set in cement morter (1:4) including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of existing drain/culvert by removing cover slab, soil, spoils, vegitation, silt, solid waste (up to 10 cm depth) and wire brushing including flushing with water and refixing cover slab including making good in cement mortar 1:6 and removing material at low laying area complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) with excavated earth brought from out side of defence land of exc 5 KM but N.exc 20 KM away, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., any high from base for repairs to road berms complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Earth to be brought shall be suitable for forming embankment and shall be approved from GE before spreading on site.Proper Pay receipt and Road challan shall invariably be deposited to GE office prior to claiming any RAR/FB payment in this respect.Measurement shall be made from the Consolidated embankment with admissible allowances as per SSR.Payment shall only be made for repairs to berms in this item. No new work shall be admissible at a later date.Contractor check the site condition before quoting their rates.Testing of compacted earth shall be done from Lab.Distance of earth collection site from worksite shall be ascertained through BOO.)

M&L for hardcore broken stone boulder of guage n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boulder pitching grouted with cement and sand sand mortar 1:6, hand packed tightly including dressing of stone and ramming after placing on levelled surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items and total amount under col No 53 will be adjusted accordingly.
