REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF CENTRIFUGAL SUBMERSIBLE MONOBLOCK PUMP AND MOTOR ALLIED WORKS UNDER GE SOUTH TEZPUR

Material and labour to lowering / lifting to submersible pump motor set with column pipe and submersible cable including disconnecting electric connection carefully from panel board, old heavy duty flanged column pipe in 100 mm dia, minimum length 30mtrs to as site in 3mtrs pieces, bolts nuts washers, rubber gasket etc with supply and fixing new nutt, bolts, washer, rubber gasket in suitable to 100 mm flange joints etc with all other necessary site required work for making functional to submersible pump motor set of following capacity. Note:- Quoted rate shall deemed to be included cost of (i) Length of column pipe of required size and quantity of nut, bolts, washers and gasket. (ii) Required tools and plants shall be arrange by contractor. (iii) Repair of motor/pump/submersible cable shall be measured and paid under relevant item of schedule.

Labour for de-coupling, dismantling the submerseable motor body carefully as GM impeller, neck ring, bowl assebly, bushes, coupling, lock, sand cap, CI intermediate bowl, S/S pump shaft etc, checking and segregating serviceability, for replacing of defected parts, cleaning thoroughly by approved method of heating, drying, varnishing to winding using good quality of insulating materials, re-assembling testing and commissioning after replacing defected spaires etc complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Replaced spaire parts will be paid separately under relevant item of schedule. (ii) Quoted rate shall be included the cost of re-assembling, marking SM, MES or srl No etc (iii) Transport charges to workshop and return back to site (iii) Repair,servicing, checking, machine work what ever is reqd cutting,grinding, polishing etc other all related site required work.

M&L for cutting and removing the burnt windings from the motor body ,suply and rewinding the same above items using existing size /gauge/ qty of insulated supperior quality water proof copper winding wire of suitable size/gauge and nos of turns using insulating materials and submersible copper cable in suitable size required lenght outside minium 1.5 Mtrs, re-assembling ,full load testing, heating, drying , varnishing, overhauling,re-installation, commissioning, testing and connecting up complete all as existed following capacity all as directed. Note:- (i) Necessary testing shall be done by contractor after lowering in borewell at site. (ii) Quoted rate are included cost of cutting, removing, welding of motor body for making functional of pump.

Labur for Disconnecting suction and discharge connection of centrifugal pump by de coupling , removing pumps form its existing foundation of capacity Pump 1500 GPH with 40 Mtr head. Dismantling the pump carefully checking, segregating serviceable and unserviceable parts, cleaning the serviceable parts thoroughly for re using including supply and replacement of unserviceable parts as required. Note :- (i) The replaced spaires will be measured and paid under rlevant item of schedule. Reassembling the pump including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after necessary surface preparation , marking of number (SM, MES or srl No) installing to its existing foundation, commissioning, connecting and testing complete all as directed . (ii) Unit rate shall be included the transportation charges from site to workshop and back (if required).
