Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. (a) Hard rock (blasting prohibited)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Preparation and submission of detailed architectural and structural design of proposed Holding Arrangment of Exisiting Box Culvert MS Gates. Rate of items including following stages. 1. Prepartion of Preliminary Drawings ,for proposed Holding Arrangment of Exisiting Box Culvert MS Gates and to be submitted for approval of Engineer-in-charge. 2. After finalization of prelimnary drawings. Submission of vetted " Good for construction" drawings in six sets & soft copy . 3. Structural analysis for design of Holding Arrangment of Exisiting Box Culvert MS Gates including MS Structural Steel detailing etc with relevent IS codes with uptodate corrections. 4.All drawings & designs along with design report vetted by NIT/Govt. Engg collage to be submitted in 6 sets along with soft copy. 5.Consultant to be appointed with prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge i.e. registered architect with council of architecture. visit of consultant during each stage & as and when desired by EIC at the time of execution of work.

Third party inspection and quality assurance of steel structural welding work by engaging third party inspection agency and conducting on site non-destructive testing and submission of testing report with brief about the quality of work. (The profile of third-party quality assurance agency having experience in required field shall be submitted by the contractor to EIC for necessary approval. After approval granted by EIC the Third-Party Quality assurance agency will be engaged by the contractor for the mentioned work.)
