M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 03 above, but except bricks complete all as specified.(Old bricks obtained from demolition shall be reused)

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/stone/concrete wall surfaces of any description incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35m thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads or clearing glass etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.20 (a) of IInd class hard wood (Shisham) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of pink primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for double charged vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tilee laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 33.00 here in above but as in dado/skirting fixed over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone as in skirting 16-18 mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone agg as in plinth protection finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 centimetre in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil/material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured prepolished rubber moulded chequred cement concrete tile 30 cm x 30 cm x 20 to 22 mm thick with spacers 3mm set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, incl demolition of existing tile complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading & levelling complete all as specified directed.

M & L for pre-painted coloured (Red/Yellow) machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair SS grade 204 drapery rod 20mm dia including decorative brackets, decorative finals at both ends & curtain rings 8 Nos (Minimum) complete.

Providing & fixing false ceiling of Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam cured) of 4mm thickness (as per IS : 14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (Cascade or electra) in true horizental level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel section (Galvanised @120 grms, both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs) consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made from 0.30mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and croos 'T' of size 15x32mm made of 0.30mm sheet 1200mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600mm and size 15x32 mm made of 0.30mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing RCC lintel with dash fasteners, GI adjustable wire of 4mm dia with galvanised butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200mm c/c along main 'T', bottom exposed width of 15mm of all 'T'' sections of 4mm dia GI wire shall be pre-painted with polyester paint and black painted groove at center of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width, including taking down existing ceiling of any type and any height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drain, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded complete) smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete (internal dia of pipe 150mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan , socket or power ) any type including unscrewing from board,fitting and fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, regulators sockets ,light fittings etc removing materials from site and making good disturbed with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
